In fairness, what husband hasn’t done this?

Oops! President Barack Obama forgot about the First Lady when leaving Air Force One today at the Ohio airport before his first “official” campaign event today kicking off his re-election bid. Now this is a “War on Women.”

Jim Hoft and one of his commenters say that Saturday Night Live won’t be lampooning this any time soon, which isn’t exactly a surprise in this election season (and the fact that their own season is almost over anyway).  Had George W. Bush done this, they might have used it in a summer special to emphasize his supposed lack of intelligence, however, which is one reason why it’s worth including here.

I strongly suspect that the people in charge of declaring which politicians are “smart” are the same idiots who declare who are “great speakers” and moonlight as members of the Nobel Peace Prize committee.

This election is going to be a challenge for the legacy media. Oh, they won’t have any trouble reporting the “decline in unemployment rate” even as fewer people are working, that won’t be affected. But the selective reporting on Obama is going to be limited by the Breitbart Effect, conservatives online aren’t sitting back and taking it anymore.

Witness the Twitter takedowns of the meme on dogs, and new Obama slogans, and #readytogo, etc. They aren’t the Gatekeepers of All Knowledge any longer.

Hussein and the Mooch do everything they can to PREVENT us from forgetting them. Which is one of the things that makes them so annoying.

So far the Obama campaign has shown little sign of competency, despite their media bias and money advantages. They’ve sputtered and stuttered like Dear Leader when TOTUS is broken.

I suspect it was only after Michelle squacked “Ba-RACK!!!” from the cabin that he even remembered she was there.
