There no such thing as “persecuted Christians” in the middle east. Except maybe in Israel and Iraq. There maybe some incidents here and there in some countries but it’s definitely not an organized thing.

Obama backed the overthrow of Mubarak only to watch the jihadist Muslim Brotherhood and Salfist take over.

Obama launches a war in Libya,without Congressional approval,against an oil rich country that did not attack us and posed no imminent threat, only to watch the jihadist and al-qaeda fill the power vacuum left behind.

Obama supported the overthrow of the Yemen leadership with al-qaeda and other jihadist groups waiting in the wings to assume control.

Now he wants to intervene in Syria.

Unbelievable.

Capitulate to Iran….retreat in Afghanistan….turn Iraq over to Iran so that he can take out Libya and Syria,then watch it be taken over by the jihadist.

We are watching the most incompetent or malevolent dictator/President attempt to destroy the foundations of our wonderful country. We must not stand by and let him have another term and ruin everything our forefathers have stood for. They say the Tea Party is irrelevant. Let’s show them otherwise. Yes, If Christians want refuge, we should. Let the others fight it out on their own there. Arab Spring and Arab Winter are an Arab disaster.

Christ himself said when he sent out the 12: “If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off of your feet when you leave that home or that town. I tell you the truth, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town”

Later in Acts, the apostles did exactly that when they were driven from a town where the people would not even hear them out. When you look at what Iran has done to that pastor, and the other islamic societies that not only reject, but persecute Christians, in some instances it may be time for the remaining believers to shake the dust from their feet as they leave. However, in other cases, there are converts being won in those countries, so there is a receptive audience in some places. Think about the freedom that Christianity offers those suffering under the tyranny of a works-righteousness law-based religion. That would be a real loss to those in those countries.

And Libya.

And Tunisia.
