I’m a little surprised Palin finished 3rd in the VP tally. Didn’t we uh try that before?

Roymunson on January 20, 2012 at 7:48 PM

What a mess! The look of the Primary Survey. But another thought, in SC a Ron Paul vote shouldn’t be ruled out — as a protest! Yes! And as conditional support for much of what RPaul stands for, and his eloquence in supporting it. And to make fun waves!

Nah, that has nothing to do with it. Mitt’s developed a case of fumble-itis and he’s making a lot of people very nervous with his evasive, unsure answers about his tax returns and Bain Capital. This stuff should be easily dispensed with, but Mitt himself has lost the narrative over both issues. That does not portend well for going up against the billion-dollar Chicago thugocracy.

I am sick of hearing about the poor little rich boy who all the kids pick on. If Republicans want to win they can’t be the party of those who destroy businesses so they can make a quick profit without building anything. The Rockefellers, the Carnegies, the Morgans, they were tough businessmen who would slash wages and hire goons but they built industry, they didn’t just shift money around, cheat pensions, bankrupt companies and pocket the profits. Remember Morgan bailed the U.S. government, that is when business supported America rather than leeching off of it.

ok. time for truth.. i got HAMMERED today by questions about gingrich because – guess what? – I’m a woman. Like this makes me a special species or something and my opinion has any more merit than any other’s. Guess it did. I got asked at least 11 times in various ways by both democrats and republicans in my workplace. Its pretty easy to ID who’s who even though they ALL say they’re INDEPENDENT. After the first 3 I had my answer down to talking points.

This was his second wife who helped destroyed his first marriage. I’m supposed to believe anything she says? Sorry. As a woman I know how we can be. This chick has not moved on with her life and that’s the sad part. She could have shown him she was 1000x better than him if she made something of herself but to resort to this tells me she’s off her rocker!

That’s all I’ve got to say about Gingrich and his wife issues and if Romney would like to go wife for wife – let’s talk about Polygamy Grandpa Romney.

Lets get back to the issues. Gingrich is way worse than Romney on the individual mandate, Gingrich wanted a federal mandate, Romney a state. Gingrich is worse on Global Warming, he removed a pro-global warming chapter out of his book. the ghost writer of that section may release the full thing of what was to be released. And the social issues, Romney is great at. I can‘t believe Newt would question Romney’s integrity on this issue.

Gingrich is the least vetted and now his garbage is coming out. Why doesn’t the media ask Gingrich: Why he has praised the progressive movement? Why is FDR his favorite president, instead of Reagan. Why would he call himself a Wilsonian? That is because they (the media) agrees with him.

Come to find out, he is really buddy buddy with the press in private, unlike on stage. He is a recently closetted progressive and so two faced.

I think more Ron Paul people are here, then I thought!

If you are addressing me, one thing I’m not is a Ron Paul nut. Ron Paul is a kook.

If Romney pulls it out somehow, the occupy parties will be staged in every city till the election.

It just won’t stick to Newt nearly as well if at all…

Thank you for your service. And for sharing a part of your life for this great country. Your view on this difficult choice means a lot to me, I was nearby in a little country that can’t be named, doing bad things to bad guys, one at a time. Ain’t nobody perfect, as you say. God Bless.

The Gingrich, Perry, Santorum matchup is interesting. Perry got 30% and he had already dropped out. Doesn’t say much for Gingrich or Santorum.
