Sarah Palin takes it to Michelle Obama

posted at 5:25 pm on January 12, 2012 by Tina Korbe

In an interview with Sean Hannity last night, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin made evident the ridiculousness of recent comments from First Lady Michelle Obama to Gayle King.

In case you missed it, the FLOTUS told King that she thinks anyone who is disappointed in her husband’s presidency just doesn’t know what he’s accomplished. His detractors are confused, that’s all.

Yesterday evening, Hannity played the clip of Mrs. O’s remarks to Sarah Palin — and SP’s posture and expression after she watches that clip say it all. Michelle Obama is out of touch, and Palin knows it better than most.

Sadly, Michelle Obama’s answer to Sarah Palin’s question probably would be, in her heart of hearts, “yes.” Remember, this is the woman who had never been proud of her country until Americans elected her husband to the presidency. She probably does think we’re “numbskulls out here in the heartland of America.” If we don’t reelect Obama, will she cease to be proud of us and what our country represents? I’d guess so.

Incidentally, I like Sarah Palin best when she fills this role, when she’s acting not like a media queen, but like an ordinary American taxpayer who is incensed at the irresponsible way in which the Obamas have spent our money. Theoretically, that’s who Sarah Palin always is — but she very, very clearly projects that image in this video.

Very well said and very true. She is quite authentic and engaging when she lays it on the line like she did with Hannity.

I don’t know what Ms Korbe is rattling on about but Sarah does ramble a bit when she’s in a FN interview. She says a lot of good things but maybe she could trim her answers by about 25% and be more effective.

Disclaimer: I love Sarah Palin and think she is absolutely wonderful. It’s just that five-minute responses and that Northern accent tend to grate slightly.

That said, I would rather listen to her interminably than be exposed to 1 nanosecond of that grasping, greedy, stevedore-armed WIDE LOAD FLOTUS or her empty-suit hatch-asssed bubby, The Pantload.

Michelle Obama Listed Daughters As “Senior Staffers” on African “vacation”

Can you believe this ?

Now, if a Republican would do something like this, the press would be all over it and yapping about it for weeks.
Michelle Obama Listed Daughters As “Senior Staffers” To Justify Expensive African Vacation And Safari • October 5, 2011 The most accountable administration evah:

Judicial Watch said the U.S. Air Force provided a C-32 – a Boeing 757 modified by the military for the purpose of flying big-wigs around the world – to fly the First Lady and her entourage to and from Africa , at a cost of $424,142.

Another $928.44 was listed as the cost of providing 192 meals for the 21 people who made the trip The Obama daughters were listed on the manifest as “senior staff.” “This trip was as much an opportunity for the Obama family to go on a safari as it was a trip to conduct government business,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This junket wasted tax dollars and the resources of our overextended military. No wonder we had to sue to pry loose this information.”

I missed this story yesterday, but it’s worthy of our attention. The nation is suffering with the economy sputtering, the national debt soaring and Obama’s economic rescue policies not only failing but actively making things worse.

Meanwhile, the First Lady justifies an expensive trip to Africa to take a vacation and safari with her daughters by saying it’s “official business” and even going so far as to list her children as “staffers.” The level of arrogance and dishonesty on display here is nothing short of shocking. But, er, “hope for change” and “yes we can..

It’s a true story… See link:

I was a huge Palin supporter.
Defended her multiple times from vicious attacks.

But now it is just talking on Fox’s Romney Central and a few atricles here & there.

Meanwhile she watches as the Moderate Progressive Romney (Romney’s words, not mine) wins by minority in a split conservative vote.

Isn’t Michelle Obama’s response the exact same one Laura Bush would give in response to her own husband’s unpopularity. Leave Michelle alone.

Sarah Palin is now irrelevant. Nobody, except for people on HotGas and Conservativeidiots4palin.com even think of this dumb broad anymore.

Jailbreak is a Romney supporter? Thats scary…

EnochCain on January 12, 2012 at 5:45 PM

I think Jailbreak’s mask just fell off…

… That kind of vitriol and personal attack only comes from the Left, and we all know how bad the Left wants Mittens to be the GOP nominee.

I have little doubt that if Mittens does become the nomination…

… Jailbreak would here 24/7 crowing how bad Obowma is going to beat him.

I have to admit to an error in judgement. Back in the day (3 or 4 months ago), I didn’t not want Palin to run. But seeing how sorry our field of candidates turned out to be (thanks, Rick Perry), I plead a full mea culpa.

Palin should have run. She would be an infinitely better nominee than anyone in the current field, and I find it hard to believe she would not be the front runner and have the nomination all but sewn up. If that had happened, Obama would be running scared today instead of licking his chops.

As it’s looking now, I’ll be stuck voting third party, because I sure as hell will never vote for Mitt Romney.

Scanned the long list of names Tuesday, underwhelmed.
Said what the hell, wrote in Gov. Sarah Palin.
Dartmouth College town so the machine probably just shredded it…
