Did she say why she no longer thinks Planned Parenthood is an important part of the thin blue line. Think of the crime which could have occurred if all those black babies had been brought to term. Like Bullworth said We must mix our genes until we are all the same color , and no one can claim superiority or victimhood. A universal Halle Berry shade would be a welcome improvement over the sunburning, freckle faced pasty white hides my poor posterity must endure. Darwin predicted that same whitey gene limits the numbers of the suitable breeding partners carrying the more survivable pigment gene because of the collapse of our ability to perform a mating dance that arouses females of any species, let alone the prized dark skinned specimens.

This audio is making me nauseous.

If there is a God he must be asleep. This is insanity. This world is INSANE.

I’m seriously nauseous.

This is why I cannot EVER respect a woman who finds abortion to be morally acceptable.

blatantblue on October 4, 2011 at 10:13 AM

I have a Christian believing cousin who would never have an abortion herself, would not counsel anyone else to, but does not want abortion to be outlawed because that would take away an individual womans's control over her own body.
Yeah, we get into it occasionally, but up till now it hasn't done any good.

What Abbey Johnson said about being 'prayed out' is the key. But then that leaves all of you conservative atheists frustrated because you genuinely want to do something. But what?
To what higher authority are you going to address your very real grievences about this situation?

God IS (exists), and he's not asleep. I am well able to explain to my own satisfaction exactly how and why bad things happen to good people, incuding those who are the epitome of all innocence; those in the womb.
But trying to convince atheists by discussion (maybe argument is a better word) to believe in God is no more productive than me arguing abortion with my cousin who already is a christian believer.
So . . . I guess I'll just have to go back to praying.

Hey Ed, does this post constitute a "hijack" of the thread?
My apologies if it does.

2 Peter 3:9 ~ The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

6 Galatians 6:7-8 ~ 7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

God is not asleep. He is patient and merciful. However, He is also just, and though His mercy endures for ever, His patience does not. He will execute justice. Count on it.

Abortifacts have been available since ancient times, although abortion has never been practiced on the scale it is now.

Perhaps you should learn a little bit about history before trying to discuss it. Infanticide and abortion are not anything new--only the magnitude at which they are performed. And perhaps you can explain that remark of yours about "coerced violence" of the past while you're at it.

Do I owe you rent money? I seem to live in your head. But I'm not paying a cent. I was just dropping by, and I made such an impression on you, you wouldn't let me go. And quite frankly, I don't like it in here. It's drafty and there's no natural light. And there's a funny smell.

My first wife knew an abortion technician in San Francisco back in the '80s. The fact that she had to identify all of the body parts (arms, legs, torso, head) to make sure they removed all of the fetus - that tells you something. We would always get into heated arguments over her work - but she had her own rationalizations (which, frankly, didn't make much sense) which allowed her to continue. But when someone was facing the death penalty? THE HORROR! Screwed up priorities.
