Video: Giuliani: “Microphones won’t melt” if clergy at 9/11 ceremony

A couple weeks ago, Commentary’s Seth Mandel (and a personal friend of mine) reminded readers in a poignant post why we don’t forget Rudy Giuliani’s leadership on 9/11. Add to the reasons Seth listed the simple fact of common sense. As this video from Accuracy in Media captures, Giuliani knows what Michael Bloomberg doesn’t: Microphones won’t melt if clergy are present at the 9/11 commemorative ceremony.
Funny — some folks thought we had a dearth of leadership in 2001. But, in light of the “leadership” we’ve not seen in recent years, it’s easy to be nostalgic, to wish America’s Mayor were still in charge of New York City — or that this guy were still in the White House:
