Hoffa at Obama rally: We need to take these tea party sons of bitches out

posted at 3:43 pm on September 5, 2011 by Allahpundit

Via Breitbart TV, this is Labor Day the way it should be — with a guy named Hoffa threatening his political enemies while a union-stooge Democratic leader sits by and smiles. Honestly, I can’t decide how seriously to take him. On the one hand, this sort of salty tough-guy “we don’t take sh*t from no one” garbage is par for the course for labor leaders when addressing the rank and file, and all the more so when it’s the head of the Teamsters speaking. Sure, he makes $300,000 a year on the backs of his working-class constituents, but he knows conservatives are sons of bitches so his “authenticity” is secure. Plus he’s a Hoffa; this sort of rhetoric may be congenital. On the other hand, so filthy was the the left’s demagoguery of the right’s “tone” after the Giffords shooting that this sort of verbal excess by one of their own will never, ever be allowed to pass again without their faces being ground in it. So here you go. Start grinding, please.

A Twitter pal argued that this could have been a “Sistah Souljah moment” for Obama if he had challenged Hoffa on what he said. Interesting point, but I think O had other priorities today — like, for instance, noting how “proud” he is of Hoffa and other union leaders. Oh, and also questioning the patriotism of congressional Republicans who might object to his new jobs plan. That’s the second clip below, which doubles as a sneak preview of Thursday night. How rude it was of Boehner in hindsight to ask Obama to wait a day before accusing them of not caring about America on national television. Happy Labor Day, everyone.

I really don’t think Obama will mind losing his re-election. He looks forward to making 150 million like Clinton has, and Obama is younger than clinton was when clinton left office, right? So theoretically, Obama could make 200 million or more by the time he is clinton’s current age. That is, if we have a world left at that point. The middle east could turn into glass by then, at the rate things are going.

karenhasfreedom on September 5, 2011 at 4:55 PM

The Unions just declared war on the taxpaying citizenry that pays the wages of those who just declared war on those that pay their salary. Guarantees their benefits. Guarantees their lifetime pension and health benefits; things that ordinary Americans will never enjoy. And then, they declare open War on Americans who pay their salaries, etcetera/

What to do?

The most charitable assumption about these remarks by Hoffa is that they are empty oral flatulence. Until I see evidence to the contrary, that is how I will take it. I just hope the “impressionable” members of his audience take it that way as well.

Thats why i very rarely even pay attention to stuff like this….a group of people so emotionally trained, brainwashed, and uninformed are virtually truth proof. They do not care about facts, results, or common sense. They are beyond reason. They are an angry mob without a clue….

Thats what makes them a danger to the country.

Look Mr. Hoffa; this is the deal. Between now and next November, your union coffers are going to be drained to the bottom in areas where you’ve never had to defend before. You’ll be bled dry, financially, and forced to work territory you once thought safe. You’re on your heels and running and you’re trying to fight a losing rear guard action with a whooped president and his incompetent buffoon of a vice. Nice work getting that pair elected. We’ll see you in November’s battlefield and when the day is over, I’ll still consider you an American and defend your freedom of speech, but if you think you’ll stand there and think you’re declaring war on anyone, well, you’ve got another thing comin’.

The Unions that we need to be concerned with are the ones that WE tax payers fund; Public Sector Union employment is now at 36%. . These are the most vociferious and the most furious populace/voting bloc that we face.

No, they are using that same old class warfare (Oh noes! I used the word ‘warfare’) rhetoric they’ve always used:

Arise ye workers from your slumbers
Arise ye prisoners of want
For reason in revolt now thunders
And at last ends the age of cant.
Away with all your superstitions
Servile masses arise, arise
We’ll change henceforth the old tradition
And spurn the dust to win the prize.

So comrades, come rally
And the last fight let us face
The Internationale unites the human race.
So comrades, come rally
And the last fight let us face
The Internationale unites the human race.

They’ve change it around a little, but it’s still same insanity.

The Left grows more desperate each day as their National Socialist agenda fails to work and instead of coming up with new ideas that have actually worked they continue to grow more shrill and more insane.

As much as I want to declare “the gloves are off”, I really don’t want to see conservatives…Republicans, independents or Tea Party people…get involved in this kind of rhetoric. Rush speaks for a lot of us, so let’s leave the fireworks for him.

We must oppose Obama and the unions on this 2nd round of “stimulus” in every way. All Republicans in the House should vote against this. So what if Obama declares his defeated “jobs program” unpatriotic. If Republicans, conservative blogs and media play it right, we can pour our resources into ads that highlight the tremendous failure of the 1st stimulus over the next 15 months that will ensure Obama’s defeat in 2012.

This is a fight that conservatives can win at the ballot box, but it is imperative that all conservatives remain fired up over the course of the next 15 months. We need Hot Air and others to keep the heat on and display example after example of how pathetic the Democrats and unions have become since Obama took office. We need to inform the independents just how important it is to save our country from these moronic unions and Democrats. As Rush has indicated severval times…the 2012 election will be the most important election in the history of our country. If Obama is re-elected and gains back both houses of Congress, we are finished as a country. We will be headed down the path to becoming a Banana Republic and nothing will stop or turn that journey around. The Republican party will cease to exist and those of us that love our country will lose it forever.

metroryder on September 5, 2011 at 5:23 PM

Obama can forget it . . . the GOP will not and should not yeild to his Marxist ideas and programs. His “BS” rhetoric is nothing but left wing braado designd to gain support from his parasitic constituents. If it’s conflict they’re looking for then they’re well on their way to instigating exactly that. Remarks by Hoffa to “take them out” are indicators of a call to violent actions. This poor sick Republic is heading down the abyss at warp speed . . . these are very frightening and unstable times.

There were a lot of people who saw, or sensed, this coming around the period of September of 2008 and the election in November of that year. That is when a large part of the American public began to acquire large numbers of personal arms and large stocks of ammunition. Many were first time buyers. For a period of two years sales of said items remained at record levels.

The reasons for these acquisitions, within that specific period of time, seems to have not been pondered by the likes of Hoffa, Jr. and his ilk. I assume that they are too used to getting the desired results in the past, with the use of their threats and their thugs, to be able to foresee any different outcomes.

Obama promised to fundamentally change America. I do believe he and his cult have missed an important transformation that they were not expecting, nor are prepared to recognize. A lot of American SOBs are prepared for them to bring-it-on.

I’m sure many of us here share the same problem. I had an uncle who I really liked otherwise but every time I would visit he would bring up political crap and go on and on about Reagan. Finally I quit visiting and he moved out of state to be w/his daughter.

While I am a strong conservative I try not to bring politics up with those I know who disagree. Oh no,that is not good enough and these jackwagon relatives and “friends” have to always start stuff at holidays and parties.

Maybe Obama will give Junior Hoffa a shout out in his jobs speech? Thug nation.

Fallon on September 5, 2011 at 6:50 PM

My husband said that Jimmy Hoffa Jr. needs to be buried next to his pop in Giants Stadium. I told him that was wrong of him to say. Hoffa was buried in the Meadowlands.

I don’t think we should underestimate them at this point. He warned us.

Key West Reader on September 5, 2011 at 4:19 PM

Wait until those that thought this was all a bunch hype realize how serious those people are and get off the stick.

Nice little union you got there, Jimmy. Be a shame if somethin’ were to happen to it.

With you arnold. You want to get through a nice evening without someone getting in your face. I usually can, but sometimes stupidity needs to be answered. And, of course, you’re the bad guy for “spoiling the fun”.

And when the final duel is near
The Tea Party will lift their spears and fly
Piercing into the sky and higher
And the strong will thrive
Yes, the weak will cower while the fittest will survive
If they wait for the darkest hour
Till they spring alive
Then with claws of fire, they will devour Barackula and his harpies like a falcon in the dive!

The labor movement as well as the civil rights movement served a legitimate purpose in the days of company towns and segregation With todays union wages and an African American in the WH I think enough has been accomplished to level the plying field.
