Gee guys, Sarah Palin wouldn’t need to be pushing back if the rest of you didn’t throw her to the wolves. Don’t go complaining when after a three year assault and blood libel she doesn’t assume the best intentions of the media class. Why would any of you? Its not like they won’t smear you in the end either.

A few months back Rove said that it was his job as a Fox News Channel analyst to attack Sarah Palin. It’s interesting that his job seems to be covering (attacking) only Sarah Palin.

I like Karl Rove, but I’m more interested in what Dick Morris has to say. He’s right about Obama losing in a landslide because he’s running against congress and not the candidates. In the words of Karl Rove: He’s in deep deep deep doo doo.

Respectfully, Dick Morris has never been right about anything in his life. When his predictions align with what I would like to see happen, I cringe, because it usually means the opposite will happen.

However, according to Erick Erickson, Karl Rove’s political director for American Crossroads is now working for Mitt Romney. So I’d say it is probably safe to say that Rove is a Mitt guy right now, and why wouldn’t he be? Rove likes establishment candidates. And while I am not a Mitt fan at all, I do think a Romney/Ryan ticket would be pretty formidable in terms of the squishy independent voters who pretty much decide elections these days. I think that might be what Rove and his ilk are hoping for.

Calling a reporter out on mischaracterization of one of your a statements and doing it in public, is now a sin? More Right leaning politicians need to learn how to do that. It’ll make the “journalists” think a bit before they inject their own views into “the news”. They need to be retrained.

Rove is trying to play 3d chess not aware that we can pretty much see right through him. I’m sure when the time comes he’ll stab Palin in the back when it will serve the establishment best.

I hear ya Jake. I think KR is wanting… NEEDING the “King Maker” moniker because he’s tired of hearing “KR the Architect” when he goes on Hannity.

The headline was by Fox News not the reporter.

The reporter, in the first few paragraphs of the piece, suggested that Palin would endorse Romney in the primary, which was a mischaracterization of her remarks.

Her comments after she was told Rick was getting in the race also were rude and shows a lack of knowledge about what Perry has done in 11 years to go out personally and lobby for jobs — he also used his veto pen over 240 times.

Rude comments? All she said was that she was surprised he was getting in, since he had promised to finish his term.

Palin and Perry are friends, in case you didn’t know. She has visited Texas on many occasions and met with him at various governors’ events. She was onstage with him just after she went into labor with Trig. He traveled on her plane during the 2008 election. She has been his personal guest in Texas, as has her family. I saw them appear together in May 2010 at a pro-life event, at which they were obviously friendly and supportive of one another. She campaigned for him in 2010.

She knows all about his record and what he’s done and she does not denigrate it.

I say this a Palin supporter who also likes Perry. I think both would be good candidates. However, Tokyi Rove’s ploy here is despicable.

Rove will be Rove. I learned that from watching him over the last 6 years or so. his first concern is Bush family. Everything else including country is a distant second. While I’m glad to have him on Palin’s side atm I know not to trust him and he will turn on you quicker than anything so you take what you can get and hope his games end with him in last place and you candidate ahead.

These advisors want solid ground to stand on, and they aren’t finding it with politics… yet the basis for solid ground can be found, it just isn’t under either of the parties any more or 20th century thinking. That era is over, and we had best cut ourselves from it before we go down with its unwise political ideologies.

Maybe her longtime supporters don’t care she quit because she wanted to make money but the rest of us do. She settled two ‘frivolous’ lawsuits with the state and the person who costs the state all the money was Palin and her husband with Troopergate by getting involved personally with her husband when it was a family member. No way should her and her husband have gotten involved.

Comparing her little over two years as Governor of a state with a small population to Perry is laughable. She faced none of the problems that the Texas Governor faces every day for the last 11 years and she quit.

Rove just slammed Rick Perry on Fox News concerning the Fed printing money might be treasonous comment…Is he supporting Romney?

Rove was helping Kay Bailey’s campaign against Perry in the primary for Bush 41 when they got Romney to endorse Kay Bailey. Rove is supporting Romney and has been working behind the scenes for him.

This is the problem I am seeing with several writers who actually are behind Romney but pretending to be telling it like it is.

What has changed? Perry.

It’s not hard to figure out. Rove hates Perry, and sees Palin as candidate who would siphon votes away from Perry. He is correct in that regard.
