If Geitner goes, and that's a big if, Mr. President would be more likely to appoint someone like Krugman, although he's probably so ticked at Mr. President he'd never take the job. He hasn't spent enough to suit him.

Removing Trump from the presidential rumor mill doesn’t do Obama any good, and most Republicans aren’t big on the guy anyways.

If Obama really wanted to shake things up with a pro-business pick and get bi-partisan kudos and shake up the GOP field, he should pick Hermann Cain.

It’s a notable news story, and that’s where I’ve read it and seen it covered.

It’s not, however, a political story… so why should HA spend time with it? Are you posting over at fashion news discussion forums that you can’t believe they’re ignoring the story? Why would they?
