Matthews: Hey, maybe Weiner’s wife is partly responsible

I don’t know what he’s talking about and neither do his guests, but since it’s Weinergeddon, I feel obliged to post. A question while you watch: Did Weiner ever explain during this afternoon’s presser how the ‘tweet heard ’round the world came to be? He spent one of the most excruciating half-hours in modern political history yammering about his sexting habit, but unless I missed something, all he said about the underwear pic was that it was sent as a joke. Which makes no sense in context: He admits to sending lewd messages and pics to other women, but this one tweet — of a photo he’d allegedly already sent to Meagan Broussard as a come-on — was … a goof? I don’t think he meant to send it to the Washington co-ed either; she strikes me as a complete bystander to all this based on everything I’ve read about her. In which case, who was the “joke” really intended for?

The latest from Radar, incidentally: Another one of Weiner’s sext partners claims he did indeed use government resources to chat with her. He’s going to end up getting censured by the House, for sure. Beyond that — we’ll see. Click the image to watch.

Yeah, yeah, every adulterous, perverted cretin always blames his wife. He’s always so damned misunderstood and unappreciated. It’s never the poor guy’s fault.

Well, it all started with the Garden of Eden-gate

Why? Asks God.
“It was that woman You made for me.”

Why just blame a woman when God is so handy?

The Brits are claiming that 2/3 of the USA are blaming God for our financial troubles.

I thought we threw that God fellow out of the public square -separation of and all that – nice of us to keep Him around to blame for our problems.

Matthews is a racist and misogynist, just like his buddy Bill Maher. Matter of fact, it seems the entire Progressive Socialist male contingent is that way. They have a lot in common with the Taliban…..

Censure is not enough and won’t hold. And how come it’s Nancy out there calling for it. Why should she be allowed to grab the initiative here? She should be kept away from the cameras, if for no other reason than she is just hideous. Where’s Boehner? Who’s the chair of the ethics committee? Weiner should already have been hounded out of office. They just will never learn how to play the game for keepsies. It’s more than just a dalliance. It’s deranged cyberstalking, something the House should be making laws against.

How can any House member ever do business with this guy and keep a straight…face? And how about the staff? The congressional aides are not so constrained by decorum and image. His staff will and should get hammered by their peers. They will begin to seek employment elsewhere.

Wiener’s days in Congress are numbered and whatever is left of his career there will be …flaccid.

It’s Palin’s fault. After all, she’s not a uniter.

All day yesterday, I was wondering how could MSNBC possibly try and cover for Anthony Weiner, and then surprise of surprises, here comes Tingles Matthews spewing the most unbelieveably crass and totally jackass comment I have ever heard uttered from a “newscaster”, namely that this whole thing could possibly be Weiner’s wife’s fault!

Which leads me to the next question: where is the outrage and condemnation from the NOW? Where is their defense of Weiner’s wife?

This is a new take… It is her fault.

What I have seen in the past is if a man has an affair, he is a pig. If a woman has an affair, he is a pig for not meeting her needs.

Now, according to this idiot, he is sexting all over the nation and it is partly her fault????

I think Matthews is an ignorant jack@$$ of the highest magnitude. Nothing he says surprises me. These remarks come naturally for him. He probably knows it was the most ridiculous remark you could make about this story, but he went ahead and said it anyway so he could get some attention. He’s an attention wh0re.

Didn’t Silky Pony blame his wife’ cancer for his lapse in moral judgement?

A rancid pile of goat dung like Matthews could only exist on the likes of MSNBC.

Well, If gigantic Sequoya sized cankles and leviathan cottage cheese thighs caused Bill Clinton to stray then Obama should have a harem.
