If voters voted logically the Democrat Party would fold immediately. The only thing they have to sell is “we’ll give you a few crumbs and waste the rest on our incompetence.” I still find it hysterical that the same government that wants to run a state run system of health care couldn’t run the Congressional cafeteria. Like the cafeteria, just about everything in this nation should be privatized for obvious reasons……

I was in Philly this weekend and caught an opinion column in the local paper. The female writer was distraught that the “Western” politicians (as opposed to the “better” Eastern Politicians from Philly) had taken over Harrisburg. I thought it was pretty revealing that they have really lost a lot of power therre in PA, that’s a good thing. Say goodbye to your district, Johnny Murtha.

Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell says that when people are angry, they don’t always vote logically and that’s why democrats lost so many races in PA.

Didn’t the O-bomb say that when people are angry they don’t think clearly and take facts and logic into account?

So the “logical” conclusion is there are 2 geniuses (Obama and Rendell) and 2 million logically-challenged bitter clingers in PA (those who voted for Toomey and Corbett). They need an ejakayshun and need to pay more skool taxes.

A few years ago, some Hot Air commenters said there was an Evil Party (D) and a Stupid Party (R) in this country. Hey, Fast Eddie, you call the voters stupid, they’ll vote for the Stupid Party! Maybe next time around, they’ll bitterly cling to it!

Whenever the Left talks about voters voting “against their best interests” they mean getting something for free. Welfare, extended unemployment benefits, health care and so on. They don’t understand is that the average person would rather earn and spend their own money instead of settle for whatever the government assigns them.
