I miss President Bush and First Lady Laura more and more every single day. I wish he would somehow get back into the White House. He lead us through a mess that under the administration prior and following him could not have handled . . . 9/11 and the potential financial disaster that could have happened. We could have really been torn apart . . . instead, we stuck together and survived.

He will always be my hero.

You obviously have not figured out yet (despite mountains of evidence) that the MSM uses “unnamed sources” to peddle the shinola they use to push their agenda.

Only those who live in the “reality-based community” or the terminally stupid put any value into anything an “unnamed source” quoted by the MSM says.

That being said here is a question you should be asking yourself…

Why are the Democrats, their MSM propaganda wing and Republican beltway elitists all trying so desperately to destroy Sarah Palin?

The answer is obvious and in fact they tried to do this kind of thing once before and failed. Let us see if you can figure it out.

After Barack Obama is out of the White House, and after Bill Ayers secretly writes Obama’s book for him about his presidency, Oprah will not be able to ask Barack Obama a question like the one she asked George Bush – unless she is going for a laugh. Maybe Oprah will ask Barack Obama why he dragged her butt all the way to Copenhagen just to be humiliated by the IOC back in 2009. Naw… she probably won’t want to bring that up.

The 43rd President has told friends the ex-Alaska governor isn’t qualified to be President and criticizes Arizona Sen. John McCain for putting Palin on the 2008 GOP ticket and handing her a national platform.

“Naming Palin makes Bush think less of McCain as a man,” a Republican official familiar with Bush’s thinking told the Daily News.

“He thinks McCain ran a lousy campaign with an unqualified running mate and destroyed any chance of winning by picking Palin.”

I strongly disagree with President Bush’s politics and I believe he did incalculable harm to the conservative cause.
That said, I have a great deal of respect for him personally. He’s smart, (he’s a voracious reader and he flew F104s in the AF reserve ) he’s courageous, (he withstood the slings and arrows of some of the most vicious character assassination in modern history without flinching and he flew F104s in the AF reserve) and he has a lot of class (see the subject of this post).

From what I can tell, former President Bush interviews really well. I really like his decision to refrain from criticizing President Obama, because he's right, the Presidency is a tough job and it doesn't get easier when certain former Presidents say really loud "You're doing it wrong".
