The Ed Morrissey Show, final State Fair edition!

posted at 9:00 am on September 3, 2010 by Ed Morrissey

The Ed Morrissey Show finishes its special Minnesota State Fair run today, going two hours from 10-noon ET/9-11 CT live from Dan Patch Avenue at the Great Minnesota Get-Together! Laura Brod joins me again to start and finish the show.  We will begin with Laura’s argument for the National Popular Vote and my skepticism — and hopefully your calls on the topic at 651-289-4488!

In the second hour, Chip Cravaack will talk about his campaign to unseat longtime incumbent Democrat Jim Oberstar in Minnesota’s Eighth Congressional District.  Laura then rejoins me to talk about the Tax Cut Rally that she will open at the Fair, and where Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer will speak.

In between, we’ll also take your calls at 651-289-4488.  Be sure to join us either at the fair, on the web, or on the air!  If you’re in the Twin Cities, the show will broadcast over AM 1280 The Patriot.  If not, we’ll stream it live through Hot Air, with video and chat, on the permanent TEMS page.

Ed, you look like you’re trying to tear out what’s left of your hair there.

And it’s awesome.

That picture…it looks like there’s a particularly ugly and hairy spider crawling up the wall, and Laura Brod’s laughing at it while Ed’s screaming like, well, like I would be.
