Audio: Mark Levin interviews Zuhdi Jasser on the Ground Zero mosque

posted at 8:31 pm on August 17, 2010 by Allahpundit

Via the Right Scoop, I linked Jasser’s statement earlier but the lure of Levin audio may direct more readers to it. A silver lining in the ongoing GZM clusterfark is more airtime for this guy, who’s been fighting the good fight of assimilation and anti-jihad for years but who tends to fly under the media radar compared to outfits liked CAIR. Those who view any statements of moderation by Muslims as taqiyya can skip it, as it won’t do any good. Everyone else will enjoy it, especially his critique of Obama. Nice job by Levin in having him on.

Can an intelligent person subscribe to the babbling psychopathia of a warlord pedophile mass-murdering loon?

Not really.

Why hang on to a malignant ideology, Mr. Jasser?

There are many far better nearby creeds. Buddhism, Taoism, Jainism, Zoroastrianism, et al.

Why cling to the most dismal, destructive, intolerant, violent faith since the Aztecs?

What’s up, Doc?

Zuhid Jasser is a phony.
.
Debbie Schlussel has all the details of his two faced lies and distortions. He’s another purveyor of the taqqiya sedative to all the willing dhimmis.

Just how close to due west could someone be heading with you still insisting that the person is actually going east? 269 degrees on the compass?

Tav, if you’ve got something to say then just lose the snotty attitude and just say it, Ok!

By the way, in regards to Mark’s rant on Gov. Chris Christie,
this is a headline from the AP: “CAIR-NJ Thanks Governor for Islamophobia Warning”

Thanks governor.

Yitzchokm on August 17, 2010 at 10:41 PM

A certain percentage of Muslims will be the violent kind, because good Muslims follow the koran and the Koran teaches Muslims to be violent. So given the birth rate Muslims have and our open border, do you think your children or grand-children will be the one facing entire
States run by Muslims?

Debbie Schlussel sees antisemitism under every rock…even when-as in Jasser’s case-it doesn’t exist.
Since I don’t think we’ve met FactsofLife-I’m a Catholic who was raised patriotic conservative Jewish.
My parents warned me about people like DS.

If you would bother to read her proofs, the truth of her statements would be clear to you.

Rather than mischaracterizing her according to some silly template, read it for yourself and let your intelligent mind decide after hearing the convincing truth that you can verify.

Unfortunately Ms. Schlussel has made several trips to HotAir to berate commenters that question her so I tend to be jaded about things she says.

Cindy Munford,
.
Her style is somewhat confrontational which is a problem.

However, I’ve never found her facts to be wrong. If she would be openly mistaken, there’s a whole boatload of people who would love to point it out.

I don’t pay attention to Debbie Schlussel.

Holger on August 17, 2010 at 11:08 PM

In a court of law, if you are found to be lying during testimony, the jury may disregard not just the lie, but the ENTIRE testimony.

If it is an admitted doctrine of Islam that taquia (spelling?) teaches that deception and lying is a virtue when speaking to non-muslims for the purpose of infiltrating a non-muslim society and having it submit to Islam and sharia, then how on earth can anyone know which muslim is perfoming this doctrinaire islamic practice which one is not?

Do you know, Allahpundit?

She also accused a very pro-Israel writer for either National Review or The American Spectator of antisemitism.
I’ll find the link.

annoyinglittletwerp on August 17, 2010 at 11:20 PM

Debbie Schlussel is a skank who hates most people. She is wrong about so many people it has become a standing joke.

She is extremely malicious and seems to suffer from low self-esteem which gives her, her vindictiveness.

I would not doubt that in a day of two HotAir will be getting an email demanding that this post be removed, then asking for an apology from the HotAir staff. And if that is not forthcoming she will be suing.

Oh, and one of her other “demands” will be my permanent banishment from HotAir.

She’s the nutjob who stated some time ago -paraphrased- that she didn’t care what happened to a present day Christian group that was physically under attack by Muslims because 100 years ago they didn’t fight hard enough for the Jews. So if they got destroyed who cared because that is ‘what they deserved.’

That ‘lady’ suffers from mental problems.

Brass on August 17, 2010 at 11:35 PM

I don’t believe that all statements of moderation are taqiyya, but there’s such a thing as functional taqiyya, in which statements of moderation, though sincere, still lead to Islamization. And once Islam becomes entrenched, it’s true nature always manifests.

Her facts have often been wrong. Such as when she threatens other bloggers for slander/libel for relating her insane legal threats towards other conservative bloggers.

I used to think she had something to contribute to the discussion, but then found that she was acting deranged, and lost all respect for her, and her opinions. Yes, a stopped clock is still correct twice a day, but I’m not going to wait around hoping that this is one of those 2 times.

annoyinglittletwerp on August 18, 2010 at 12:16 AM

Jasser is the real deal. Islam’s problem is that there has yet to be a Reformation. Jasser wants to see such a movement. And if we don’t want our grandchildren’s grandchildren to still be fighting a war against terrorism or worse, it’s in our best interests to support him.

If you have not seen it, I would suggest you take a look at Jasser as he formally debates a Wahhabi cleric on the future of Islam and what it should all mean. It is all on Google video in 6 parts. Part 1 is here. You will find the other parts in the right hand side bar.

Zoroastrianism – because we just love a religion which sees marriages in the family circle (fathers with daughters etc) as extra meritorious.

Phoenician on August 18, 2010 at 1:38 AM

Where is the fatwa against Jasser by the radical elements of his religion if he is so effective? Islam will never be reformed, any more than the barbarians who sacked Rome would be reformed. We need to stay focused on defeating the enemy, not trying to have a touchy-feely dialogue with supposedly reasonable elements in their movement. I fear those elements are only tools to open the door for the radical elements who actualy run the program. Travel in the muslim world if you want to see what reasonableness and dialogue will get you. No freedom, no tolerance.

Nichevo on August 18, 2010 at 6:39 PM

I have always liked Zuhdi but I don’t know why considering my opinion of Islam.
Islam is totalitarian to the nth degree. To be honest ‘slavery’ isn’t nearly a strong enough term to describe something so complete that it insures a damaged psyche when faithfully implemented. “We don’t need guilt, we have Allah!”
There is only one way to force a freedom craving man to be a slave, and keep him a slave, that is to terrorize him. This explains why Islam and terrorism seem/are inseparable. Islam (slavery) CAN NOT exist in a democracy. Islam CAN NOT coexist with a democracy, for all the same reasons that slavery can’t. Islam will tolerate democracy, like it does with everything else, just long enough to subvert it, then destroy it. Can you say Sharia?
What about reform? All the great religions were able to reform when they had to. Why not Islam? Sorry, no tyranny – no Islam. See above – slavery. Without tyranny Islam collapses.
It doesn’t matter if you are on the left or the right, Islam hates us all simply because we are FREE to CHOOSE left or right and choice itself is the sin, and that is not Militant, Radical, Extremist Islam, it’s just plain Islam.

Pole-Cat on August 18, 2010 at 10:36 PM

I trust Mark Levin’s judgment on this subject more than most. If he thinks Dr. Jasser is a solid guy, that’s enough for me until I see evidence to the contrary.

Cylor on August 19, 2010 at 5:47 AM

Race Card’s gone bcs he threatened Bishop. He wanted to buy him a plane ticket. TRC was calling Bishop out like an elementary school kid.
It was pathetic.
TRC was more than useless. He never made any sense.
So many browser windows open, by his own admission (bragging), but what he doesn’t understand is that multi-tasking reduces your ability to comprehend complex things.

paul1149 on August 17, 2010 at 11:39 PM

This is the best way to say it.
The Dr. may be ‘the real deal’. But it’s still destructive in its own way, propagating a watered down form of islam which is still dangerous to our Republic in the long run.
Islam needs to be defined by our govt as the subversive political ideology that it is.
Course they didn’t do it with communism, which is still destructive. And many Americans embrace socialism.
Guess islam needs to do some more outrageous things to get our attention before we wake up to reality.

Thank you Mr. Lavin for bringing U.S. Zuhdi Jasser, a follower of Islam that fully understand the differences between Sunni and Sharia sects. Zuhdi Jasser goal is to teach U.S. that there are dramatic differences of the sects and this Mosque is to serve as a safe house and training center for those desiring wreak havoc on U.S. at will, and when confronted, will claim protection of the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment.

Cowards, pure and simple. Everyone should read and become familiar with the differences within the Islamic teachings.

I have better things to with my time, thanks. You know, Islam, we’re just not that into you! We don’t care to bother ourselves with the “why” of your sickness. Our only concern is your defeat, the destruction of your wickedness, the punishment of your bestial behavior as you cut off heads with maniacal glee, use innocent children as suicide bombers, abuse, mutilate and enslave women, degrade any human who comes under your power. Understanding the subtle variances within your culture is of no importance to us. We don’t want to understand such evil, because to understand it is to tolerate it. I pray that this yearning for your elimination grows stronger in America’s heart. It may look like we have forgotten, but we have not. Rest assured, your day is coming. We still know how puerile you really are.

Have a nice day.
