My point has always been that certain criteria is used to determine age of consent…a framework based on development, etc., which is then used to administer justice. This, by definition, isn’t “arbitrary.”

Philosophically, I’d say no we shouldn’t interfere. Realistically, I know some drugs are harder than others and pose direct threats to NONconsenting citizens. Slightly more difficult to contain someone high on PCP than over, say, pot.

and of course the threat gay marriage poses to religious liberty, and freedom of speech and thought, are no problems to people like you…not to mention what it does to society, children, and real marriage.
