The DOJ’s intentional suppression of the enforcement of the law will be traced back to not only the AG, but the POTUS as well, if the bipartisan investigation is allowed to continue.

And then what?

Disturb the Universe on July 9, 2010 at 9:56 AM

This entire thread with someexceptions is nothing but a hijack of the subject and a devolvement into childish bickering and name calling. I didn’t read every post but Badger40 seems to have all the wheels on his cart. Two of you I find disgusting and utterly useless and it my hope that some will do something about you. You know who you are – you’re wasting everybody’s time with your subjectiveness and ignorance. You need to learn a few things before you start shooting your mouths off.

Which is where they should be.

That looked like a predominately black neighborhood. If Bubba was to do that down where Duke served, I doubt much would happen to him either. Blame your inability to be openly racist on your ancestors who tormented every minority group there is

.

Narutoboy on July 6, 2010 at 10:25 PM
So it’s cool to be racist if you’re a minority?

Thanks for finally spelling it out. We knew it was your view all along, but you did a nice job deflecting for 6 months or so.

bluemarlin on July 9, 2010 at 2:28 AM

The point of quoting that was?

Narutoboy on July 9, 2010 at 2:29 AM

I believe the point was use your own words to demonstrate your own inherent racism by pointing out the large portion of your Freudian slip on full display.

I took the liberty of bolding the relevantly revealing phrase.

You spoke of peoples “ancestors”.
Ancestry cannot be divorced from race.

A`racist believes that each different race will behave in its own genetically pre-determined manner.

You made a very specific claim that people of a certain race are pre-determined to “torment” minorities.

I’d say that qualifies as a pretty solid, if inadvertent, admission of racism.

Add that to your inherent geo-prejudice, and your bigotry is established beyond a reasonable doubt.

In an idealic world, impeachment, or at least condemnation. The two most likely scenarios, however, would be Holder falling on his word by direct order of his majesty
or nothing happening at all over this. It may get swept under the rug in the same manner they are attempting to ignore the Gulf Coast Disaster.

My money is on this outcome.

Gang-of-One on July 9, 2010 at 10:13 AM

Obama and his merry little band of Muslim, Communist, black racists, are setting civil rights back fifty years and are sewing the seeds for the rise of The White Panthers (KKK) all over again! It’s a shame that Rev. Wright has won out over Rev. MLK. It is as if they want another Civil War! They should beware of what they wish for . The outcome could be a lot different today with the crumbling of the North and the resurgence of the new energy and resource rich South. The issue of Liberia may be revisited.

Bradky on July 9, 2010 at 8:19 AM

Actualkly I was referring to previous comments I’ve read from you that smacked of bias against poor whites.

And my kid is also of mixed ethic backgrounds, only I don’t ever refer to her as multi-racial. She’s a human being. So, what’s your point?

hawkdriver on July 9, 2010 at 11:00 AM

Actually…

hawkdriver on July 9, 2010 at 11:01 AM

But once again, if you trolls think that you’ve skirted the issue of voter intimidation being swept onder the rug by the Obama Administration by hijacking the thread and trying to turn it into an indictiment of Hot Air commenters themselves; you fail. If you think that because you assert things here that you have no way of proving, that Malik Zulu Shabazz and his New Black Panthers are any less evil; you fail.

Can you make one comment about the voter intimidation or it being swept under the rug by Obama’s DOJ and/or the clown advocating murder of whites to include our infant children?

hawkdriver on July 9, 2010 at 11:08 AM

You dumb republicans/conservatives! We all know blacks can’t be racist! When that fine african-american said to “kill all crackers and their cracker babies”, that’s just him expressing his frustration over white corporate europeans stomping their boots on his neck.

For you to take him at his word is so racist. Like when the great Iranian President Ahmakjfkjdfgksdijad says “death to israel”, we all know that’s in reference to iran beating the israelis in an upcoming friendly football game. You guys are sooooo paranoid…and racist!

76United on July 9, 2010 at 11:36 AM

Narutoboy — One more trolling comment on this thread and you’re banned. Your insistence on trying to hijack every damned post for a food fight of one sort or another is beyond tedious.

Sorry if you interpreted my comments as bias against poor whites. I have quite a few poor whites in my family.
If you don’t find Jenfidel’s comment any more ridiculous than some Sharpton or Jackson have said I don’t know what to say except you are being disingenuous.
As for the point of the thread I agree with the majority of the commenters who say that ignoring the intimidation is wrong.
That my kids come from two races only matters in terms of discussion and that I’ve seen first hand the ugly side of whites and blacks towards them. This doesn’t mean that all blacks or whites are biased. It simply shows that all races have the capacity to be biased.
The sad part is that usually you get a “I’m not racist – what’s your problem” type of response when race is discussed. Or that one incident such as this one characterizes an entire race as holding the same opinion of the black panthers or of David Duke.
That is not honest discussion – it is childish hysterics.

Bradky on July 9, 2010 at 11:58 AM

Trolls may distract commenters on an internet thread, they will find it harder to distract the Civil Rights Commission, the Courts, and the new Congress next year.

Merovign on July 9, 2010 at 1:11 PM

If my comments offended anyone besides the trolls, I do apologize.
One of them about mixed race marriages was several months old and was an offhand airing of my own opinion of a passing thought with very little significance that N-boy and his troll friends continue to use to beat me over the rhetorical head whenever they like.
I have already stated here on HA that if I could take it back, I would, so I will say so again.
If you have children from a mixed race marriage, please do not take offense-it was an observation and nothing more.
That being said, I do not plan to explain or apologize for the remark a third time.
As for the other attack involving me using a word for illegals that is considered a slur by some (but not hate speech), that was used as a side joke in a comment and has no significance whatsoever.
Neither of my comments that were cited has any bearing on the topic posted or any relevance to it and were nothing but personal attacks on me.
As such, N-boy and now Bradky, have hijacked and derailed the thread in an attempt to turn attention away from this important national issue of voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party into one of demonizing me as a racist internally at HA.
Their behavior should be grounds for banishment.
Continual personal attacks using past instances of what the trolls deem “thought crimes” are being exaggerated and used to personally attack and discredit good Americans like me who truly care about all American citizens and what’s happening to our great republic.
Furthermore, they are allowed to make vicious racist attacks on white people, especially Southerners, with impunity.
Something is very wrong here and it’s not about me or my own personal attitudes, which are no more racist than the next person’s and in many cases, infinitely more enlightened than your average man on the street.
Bottom Line: HA is never going to have the frank but civil conversation on race that it needs to have with this kind of intimidation going on.
HA has its own Sharptons and Rev. Wrights and Obamas.

I didn’t see Jens name or comment anywhere in the title of this thread and I wasn’t commenting on it. You did. Nboy did. And she offered a second apology. It was good enough for me. What more do you want?

The thread was about a completely different topic and that is the entire problem. This site is going to hell in a handbasket over the constant threadjacking by two or three people. I’m not talking OT comments, I’m talking divert attention from the theme of the thread by calling Hot AIr regulars racists.

I’ve been called a KKK member myself.

I’ve read your comments before and though I don’t agree with you politically, I’ve found your thoughts worth considering. This thrad is a perfect example of how the thread bullying is ruining this site though and you were a part of it. It seems as though your point and Nboys is that somehow Jen isn’t allowed to comment anymore over a statement that she’s made and actually apologized for? Nboy as called every person he’s ever engaged with a name and accused them of being racists and like I said, called me a KKK member. By your metric, he should not be allowed to comment either.

hawkdriver on July 9, 2010 at 6:37 PM

If my comments offended anyone besides the trolls, I do apologize

So since you call me a troll I should assume that your insult is intentional and meant to cause offense?

It seems as though your point and Nboys is that somehow Jen isn’t allowed to comment anymore over a statement that she’s made and actually apologized for? hawkdriver on July 9, 2010 at 6:37 PM

I haven’t asked for anyone to ban anyone. Jen, KJ, and many others seem to harp on who should or shouldn’t be allowed to post – on occasion they have suggested I shouldn’t be allowed to post either.
I don’t know or speak for NB. And as you saw her apology was selective as well as her harangue with false information calling once again for banning of those she doesn’t like.Nor does she present any proof whatsoever that the I make racist attacks.

Furthermore, they are allowed to make vicious racist attacks on white people, especially Southerners, with impunity.

But I do note that you didn’t point out her culpability in the thread being derailed and in escalating things.

Bradky on July 10, 2010 at 12:12 AM

Bradky on July 10, 2010 at 12:12 AM

Note all you want. The thread wasn’t about her. It was about a hateful racist in the New Black Panther Party who said he wanted to kill crackers and cracker infants. It was about a clear case of voter intimadation that was dropped by Eric Holder of the Obama Administration DOJ.

When did Hot Air elect you to decide what the theme of a titled thread would be?

hawkdriver on July 10, 2010 at 12:47 AM

And as you saw her apology was selective as well as her harangue with false information calling once again for banning of those she doesn’t like.

I called for the banning of those that violate (and violate flagrantly) HA’s own Terms of Service/Posting Rules.

But I do note that you didn’t point out her culpability in the thread being derailed and in escalating things.

Bradky on July 10, 2010 at 12:12 AM

I have exactly ZERO culpability in derailing the thread.
The proof is there for all to see.
Nice try getting a personal troll fight started again!

Jenfidel on July 10, 2010 at 1:03 AM

Hey Jenfidel, remember before capitulas was banned how bradky used to put her in her place for calling us rednecks, white trash, race car fans, trailer trash.

Oh that’s right, he didn’t. His outrage is selective.

hawkdriver on July 10, 2010 at 1:26 AM

As a wetback myself, let me say that yes, it is a racist term.

True_King on July 9, 2010 at 9:10 AM
You entered the country illegally?

right2bright on July 9, 2010 at 9:50 AM

Exaclty what I was thinking.
So, Tru_King, is it true? Having spent many years living in Tyler & San Antonio TX, my exposure to legal illegal Mexicans is big.
And the legals all refer to the illegals as ‘wetbacks’.
They never define themselves by that term.
So I can only assume you are an illegal alien, in which case, GTFO of our country & come back by playing the game by the rules.
Jenfidel: while your past comment was inappropriate, I really don’t know the context surrounding it.
And everything else I’ve ever seen you say is spot on, so who cares what trolls think.
I’ve seen Bradky’s stuff & though he/she may not be in the super troll category, he/she’s definitely in troll category.
You don’t need to explain yourself.
We got you covered.
And hawkdriver, I did find it interesting that Bradky labeled his kids as bi-racial.
What a wierd thing to say about your kids.

Badger40 on July 10, 2010 at 8:35 AM

What a wierd thing to say about your kids.

Badger40 on July 10, 2010 at 8:35 AM

As for my kids you miss the context.
You can divine an illegal alien off of an internet thread? How Kreskin of you.

Jenfidel on July 10, 2010 at 1:03 AM

You will always be reminded of your natural law comments since you want to be obtuse. You and the black panthers should be neighbors. You subscribe to the same hateful poison of those against interracial unions. It is only your color that makes you different.

hawkdriver on July 10, 2010 at 12:47 AM

Then the next thread all is forgiven for Narutoboy for what he did in this one?
