Video: The nice young man Eric Holder let off the hook
posted at 10:00 pm on July 6, 2010 by Ed Morrissey
When Attorney General Eric Holder suddenly reversed course and had the DoJ dismiss the voter-intimidation case against two New Black Panther Party activists stemming from an incident in 2008 in Philadelphia, many questioned why the DoJ would quit a case it had already won. Attorneys within the DoJ wondered why the federal government had suddenly become disinterested in voter intimidation. Some, like Christian Adams, Asheesh Agarwal, and Mark Corallo have gone public with their outrage, and also wonder where the hell Congress has gone in its duty to oversee the executive branch and its enforcement of laws Congress passed.
Well, look, maybe this was just a bad day for the defendants. Maybe they were just nice young men who took civic engagement to a momentary extreme of enthusiasm. They’re probably just nice guys caught in a single instance of bad judgment … right? Er, not exactly, as Naked Emperor News and Breitbart’s B-Cast discovers after watching National Geographic:
Lovely. Someone’s crackers, and I’d say it’s the people who decided to drop the case against this lunatic.

The oppressed cannot be racist, because only the dominant group has the power to enforce theirs.
An’ dat’s whitey!
Race is a toy for eye-paralyzed dullards to fixate on.
Who wants a uniform look anyway?
Except clonish cranks.
It’s the color of mind that matters.
Parlous or irridescent.

Eric Holder called America “a nation of cowards” concerning matters of race, and we all know he meant White Americans.
Well, he’s a lousy damned coward because he’s the head of the Department of Justice, which just dropped the case against this Black Panther racist POS, and he doesn’t have the guts to take ownership of the decision.
Holder is the nation’s biggest coward when it comes to matters of race. If you’re gonna thwart justice based on skin color then have the damned balls to say “Yeah, I did it, screw you Whitey”!

liquidflorian on July 7, 2010 at 1:06 AM
Source?
What I do know is that these two guys should be in jail for voter intimidation. What would have been the DOJ’s response if instead of these two thugs, that polling location had been manned by a group of anti-abortion Christians wearing shirts with the word abortion struck through?
SoldiersMom on July 7, 2010 at 1:34 AM
Who’s going to bring this up in a public forum to Obama and/or Holder? That’s the only way to expose their racism.

Maurice Heath is his name. Given to him by his parents. They must be so proud. If he hates white men so much, why does he use their language? Can’t he find a bone to put through his nose, and find his way to a place where he belongs? Did Kohls have a sale on fake para-military garb? It must hurt to be so short and not have the moves on the basketball court. I’m guessing he missed out on the rap thing too.

The really frightening thing is that, with the case dropped, this full of posionous hate nutjob has been encouraged, encouraged by the Department of Justice. I hope and pray the day never arrives when he decides to put his words into actions.

Not only him, but others who think like him are also encouraged by his crap. The DOJ has essentially condoned and greenlighted his actions—not even the proverbial wrist slap. Philly is where this stuff began, and now that the law has failed to be upheld, it ushers in chaos, uncertainty, and more lawlessness.

The Ethics of Killing all White Babies
Ayers’ Weather Underground advocated the same thing–killing all white babies to prevent their inevitable ascension to the role of global oppressor].
According to this attendee of one of the last “above ground” Weather Underground conventions: “I remember sitting in a room and the question that was debated was the question that was debated was “was it or was it not the duty of every good revolutionary to kill all newborn white babies?”…and at that point it seemed a relevant framing of an issue. The logic being through no fault of their own these white kids are going to grow up to be part of an oppressive racial establishment internationally and so really your duty is to kill newborn white babies. And I remember one guy tentatively and apologetically suggesting that ‘that seemed contradictory to the larger humanitarian aims of the movement’ and being kind of booed down…”
The Ethics of Killing all White Babies
Once again, the twisted algebra of leftist revolutionary thinking arrives at mass murder as a solution to the problem…under the guise of it being the humane thing to do in order to build a better world (from scratch (year zero) in the case of hard socialism–the old left), or to cull the human species in order to save the planet (in the case of environmentalism–the new left)’…

I think that -boy- needs a spanking. Seriously, if they are looking for a race war, bring it on. It will start on Friday after they get their welfare checks and end the next Wed when they find out they burned down all their post offices and no checks are coming. Then they will cry and whine till the -crackers- bring them water and food. It’s all the same with intercity blacks, be it SO Central LA or Chicago, they live on government cheese and hate. Welcome to Obama’s world, these are the people he feels are being left out of the money game. Fact is, they don’t want to work, they just want what you have. Obama and Company has made it pretty clear where the lines are drawn.

When cowardly scum like Holder refuses to uphold the law, it sets a precedent that could result in a magnification of voter intimidation. There is no doubt this was a racist decision. Would Holder have looked the other way if this had been two redneck klansmen with ax handles standing in the path of voters. Before this, Holder’s claim to fame was being Slick Willie’s pardon pimp. Perfect resume for Obama’s needs.

What is the statute of limitations on voter intimidation? Also, since the case was already won and then they dismissed the case, isn’t that different from losing the case. Doesn’t this mean they can be tried again in 2013? Or am I wrong?

Having grown up in the original Panther movement in the 60′s and knowing some the original leaders. I feel confident to offer a crackers opinion of what is happening with the new movement. These new members are disenfranchised. They do not really represent the group they claim they are protecting.
If we checked the background of Maurice Heath we will find a background of criminal acts, while doing time he was liberated by the Shia style of Islam. Therefore, his actions takes in the name of Allah is perfectly legal.
Thus, he and his followers act out freely without any regard for the opinions of others because they are the infidels who must be silenced.

This decision empowers blacks to intimidate, assault and murder whites without repurcussions. It is pure racism, though in Holder’s eyes, there cannot be black on white racism. It is very troubling and another problem Obama has brought upon law abiding, tax paying white americans.

I believe this case was dropped on the condition that these guys do not carry dangerous weapons near poling booths before 2012. How convenient. It looks like the 2012 election will become a free-for-all, bringing all the Democrat accusations of 2000 voter intimidation to reality against voters in 2012.
jerseyman on July 7, 2010 at 11:24 AM
Obama game plan for re-election 2012:
1. ACORN registers the dead and disenfranchised to vote for Obama
2. AMNESTY turns out the illegal aliens to vote for Obama
3. NEW BLACK PANTHERS / SEIU intimidate voters to support Obama
The Democrats are reviving the Democrat strategies of the 1950′s in the south – using the anti-voter discrimination laws in reverse, because it is OK to discriminate and intimidate white/conservative voters.
jerseyman on July 7, 2010 at 11:30 AM
Oh you conservatives and your wandering, racist minds. You see, there’s a code in the language spoken. What people say isn’t what they really mean. Like teabaggers, when they say they’re against bailouts and raising taxes, we all know that’s just code for “kill that n*****r president!”.
So when this wonderful afro-american activist says, “kill some crackers and their babies”, that’s just code for “I want to take all white people on a super fun ride on a unicorn to a wonderful land of rainbows and puppies”. Totally harmeless. You white conservatives are so ridiculous when you take someone at their word.

“you and your cronies should be ashamed, we finally win one and you’re attacking Obama”
What did she win? Would the female caller like it if males show up at election precincts and itimidate females from voting? How about if Hispanics show up with billyclubs and itimidate black voters?
The caller also said:
“Voter intimdation against black people went on in the 1960′s and no one did anything to stop it”
Oh really? I guess the caller has never heard of the Civil Rights Act, Voting Rights Act..
