Obama on the spill: “I can’t suck it up with a straw”

obama is guilty of failure or refusal to fulfill the duties of Office,
criminal negligence,
dereliction of duty,
failure to call a state of emergency, crimes against the environment (a poster above listed laws in the killing of wildlife),
failure to initiate procedures mandated by law, including by the Oil Protection Act in the event of a spill:

The Oil Protection Act, among other things, amended Section 311 of the federal Clean Water Act.
Section 311 specifies that:
(A) If a discharge, or a substantial threat of a discharge, of oil or a hazardous substance from a vessel, offshore facility, or onshore facility is of such a size or character as to be a substantial threat to the public health or welfare of the United States (including but not limited to fish, shellfish, wildlife, other natural resources, and the public and private beaches and shorelines of the United States), the President shall direct all Federal, State, and private actions to remove the discharge or to mitigate or prevent the threat of the discharge;

I’m sure I’m missing a whole lot more. Any other HotAirians with high crimes and misdemeanors to add to the list.

We should have his man’s job on a platter and right now.

DarkKnight, I will definately check out the McCarthy interview. Is there any way that one could email him to ask his expert opinion on what obama is doing to the Gulf and the best way to go about calling for obama’s removal? I checked National Review but they don’t have an email for him.

I don’t know. In one of his fourteen autobiographies didn’t Obambi talk about his prodigious snorting years? Like Chevy Chase in “Modern Problems,” he could just snort the whole spill and look at the camera and say, “Ahh, HA-HA-HA…I LIKEEEEEE it!”

That’s another thing. obama looks like hell. matchstick frame, deep lines, circles under his hard, empty eyes.
Doc told him already to cut back on the drink.
Yes, he’s drinking, but he’s also living too well to look so haggard. He certainly is not working or worrying as would a normal person/president. No, he is enjoying the success of his destruction. So much so, that I think he’s definately cocky enough and he’s been druggin it up. He’s so cool.

P.S. If I hear o’reilly plaintively and agressively ask his guests “but what can obama do about the spill, it’s not his fault”, one more time, I’ll…I’ll…well, it just beggars the imagination that o’reilly could still be number one in ratings.

Because he is so devoted to obama and the interview that he will never again get with him, he’s missing the story of the century, the destruction of the planet by barry hussein, who had and has every possible means of containg the spill as well as the help of seventeen nations, and has managed to sabotage it all, without a peep about impeachment from even the conservatives, who seem to know how to let a crisis go to waste. The only one trying to start the ball rolling is Sarah. If you read between the lines she is calling him a complete and utter disaster.
She can’t personally call for his impeachment because it would allow him to slide away by making it all about her. the msm would love it. But she is telling us to stop making jokes and starting making indictments.

Anyway, I love my dvd. I only watch about five minutes of oreilly and that’s when he has Morris or Ingrahm on. I cannot stand his creepy and gratuitous stories about naked coeds or any of the multitude of salacious half naked photos attached to the non-stories that he conveniently finds to “report”. I think he is a water carrier for berri and he is a little bit pervy, too.

Yes, I also researched Frank Marshall Davis and was horrified at the fact that obama called this pedophile/published pornographer his “mentor”, from the age of 10-18. I think he was definately molested by Davis.
obama is a head case who found his place with the worst type of people one can find: marxist-maoist-communists.

I would feel sorry for him, but not while he’s literally trying to destroy the nation and all of us with it; not to mention the millions of unborn babies that he has and is helping to destroy.

Let’s bring this picture into focus for the impeachment, shall we?

Failure to waive the Jones Act which would have allowed fifty Dutch tankers to skim the oil and seventeen other nations to also send ships and equipment.

Failure to follow and violation of the acts required of the president in the event of an oil spill as outlined in the Oil Protection Act as well as (to be researched for future reference) scores of other federal laws regarding the environment and environmental emergencies.

Failure to declare a State of Emergency

Failure to provide Navy, Army Corps of Engineers and waive all laws which would prevent the building of sand barriers

Failure to allow in situ burn with first 48 hours of spill

Failure to allow booms to be placed

EVERYTHING THAT HAS GONE WRONG IN THE GULF REGARDING CLEANUP IS 100% ON OBAMA – HE AND OUR LAW SAY SO.

He is criminally negligent and has sabotaged the Gulf and the planet through failure or refusal to act and direct blockage of aid through the federal agencies of which he is CEO. THE BUCK STOPS WITH BERRI – DO NOT LET HIM TALK, NOR SHOULD WE TALK ABOUT THE FAILURE OF THAD ALLEN OR ANYONE ELSE – OBAMA SAID HE WAS RESPONSIBLE, NOW HE CAN SUCK UP EVERY CONSEQUENCE OF THAT – THROUGH PRISON BARS.

By the way, in addition to immpeachment, why don’t we hoist berri on his own United Nations patard? He should be tried in international court for crimes against the planet for refusing to contain and control the spill. Who knows where the tides will take it. Also, the output of oil is double what we have been told so far. Next we hear it will be quadruple. We have not even begun to see the nightmare unfold. This could have nuclear fallout type repurcussions.

Many thanks for your kind words, Cody. It’s great to know that others feel/know the same things about such a grave situation. I think we can get through it, but I still think that unless we put the unborn front and center, we won’t have God’s help. In other words, when the scourge of abortion is ended (tea party should demand a Henry Hyde Human Life Amendment)the scourge of the Left will be ended along with it.

Funny you should mention that. I’m into growing flowers everywhere this year. They do cheer one up and it’s a reminder of God’s beauty. btw Cody, if you see this (or anyone else), can you recommend a good overall bug spray so that the bugs (don’t know what kind but they seem to be on all the different kinds of flowers) stop eating holes in the leaves of my flowers?

Umm. There will be no impeachment and we all know it. No President has ever been impeached by his own party and the Dems control Congress. No one expects the Pubbies to take over the Senate, except under the rosiest of scenarios. And if by some miracle they do, and the House votes to impeach, they will never vote to remove him from office. The first black President ain’t gonna be the first President removed from office. (Yes, I know, Clinton was “the first black president” and he was impeached.)

“Umm.” First of all, you don’t have the brainpower to start a post in reply to me with your condescending stupidity.

Secondly, image is everything. While the political landscape may not be conducive to actual impeachment, a nation howling for it because of the criminally negeligent dereliction of duty the this “president” has displayed all along, and especially during this spill is off the charts.

The damage which the msm was willing, and now is forced to hide, (keep reading) is also off the charts. If and when the horrific ramifications of this eco-disaster are laid at zero’s doorstep, as they should be, it won’t matter if he was the first president from Mars, let alone the first black. This kind of planetary destruction will cut across the entire political spectrum…if and only if, we conservatives demand what you think is impossible. IMPEACHMENT. Calling, no, demanding impeachment has it’s own ability to disable zero’s agenda, whether or not the actual impeachment is acheived. In other words, it is a strategy and if deployed with every hope of achievement, will be very effective, whether acheived or not, because obama is completely and purposefully destroying the Gulf, and that is a fact. And, umm, come to think of it, I’m reminded of another president whose impeachment was demanded incessantly, for something that in comparison to the Gulf disaster is hardly a blip on the radar. He ended up resigning. You see, we really don’t have to have an impeachment, even though we do have to try our damndest to get it, along with a full investigation. The result, whether impeached or not, will be a lame duck zero, and if the truth really comes out, he would be lucky to get away with a mere resignation. No, this madman should be sitting behind bars yesterday.

Also, if you haven’t heard, or can’t figure out what it means, the Gulf has been declared off limits on the ground to citizens and journalists, and the airspace has been declared a no-fly zone. How bad do you think this is going to get, with a black-out now in effect? No freedom of information in the Gulf area of obama’s USSA. Hmmm.

And just for you, I’m reprinting my post from page one of this post, which got some fine feedback from many of the more intellectually capable posters here at Hot Air.

And btw, if you think that you can put all your eggs in the 2012 basket, and not take advantage of this crisis to remove the “president”, then I’ll wager that well before 2012, the “president”, because he was allowed to stay, will not be going anywhere because by then he’ll probably have collapesed the economy and embroiled us in WWII.

The Gulf and America are DYING BECAUSE OF THIS WORTHLESS SMARTAZZ whose latest lethal attack on our nation is blocking the cleanup.

HE IS CRIMINALLY RESPONSIBLE. WHY AREN’T WE SHOUTING THIS FROM THE ROOFTOPS INSTEAD OF MAKING LAME JOKES ABOUT HIM?
IT’S NOT ABOUT HIM, IT’S ABOUT SAVING US AND OUR BELOVED NATION!

AND, HE IS SO COMFORTABLE, COCKY AND UNAFRAID OF THE COUNTRY HE IS KILLING THAT HE TALKS THIS 7th GRADE SH#T AND IS GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!!

TWO PRINCIPLES MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES WHEN SPEAKING ABOUT THIS SPILL:
1. THE ENTIRE RESPONSIBLITY FOR THE BOTCHED, CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT AND DERELICTION OF DUTY GULF CLEAN-UP BELONGS COMPLETELY TO OBAMA , according to our laws and even according to obama: “I ultimately take responsibility for solving this crisis…I am the president and the buck stops with me.” Also: “The American people should know that from the moment this disaster began, the federal government has been in charge of the response effort… In case you’re wondering who’s responsible, I take responsibility.”
2. OBAMA MUST BE IMPEACHED, REMOVED, AND IMPRISONED FOR THE DELIBERATE SABOTAGE OF THE GULF CLEAN-UP.
We must hang EVERY revolting detail of this eco-calmity around obama’s neck.
Zero didn’t just turn down 50 OIL SUCKING TANKERS from the Netherlands. Seventeen nations have offered equipment and assistance since the spill began. All seventeen have been turned down. Millions of feet of oil booms sit unused,; tankers to vacuum the spill have been turned down; the oil burn that could have captured the spill at the start was blocked.
If this were a fire, obama would be the fire chief dropping thousands of gallons of gasoline on the fire, in between vacations, sport teams photo-ops, multi-million dollar state dinners and concerts where he actually takes the stage to sing along with Paul.
And this is just a scintilla of the unbelievably evil destruction of the Gulf that obama is MAKING SURE HAPPENS. And I would like to know, where is the unified conservative attack, the desire to exploit THIS crisis to remove obama from office now that the perfect opportunity has presented itself while cutting across all political lines?
Where is the call to organize, subpoena and expose the truth of obama’s criminal negligence, malfeasance and dereliction of duty, with the results on sickening display to all five senses in our Gulf waters?
We are letting the msm and Dems cover for obama. Now, obama is even getting away with censoring media and private citizens in reporting or photographing the spill. If this was on Bush’s watch and Bush did any one of these things, he would have already been sentenced to hard time in Leavenworth
As well, many are saying, “we’ll stop this in November”. But, there is no guarantee for tomorrow, as in waiting for the fates of the elections. The window of opportunity to remove this menace could close through blown and fradulent elections, don’t forget there is still about 500 BILLION of the “stimulus” left unspent. If that amount of money won’t swing multiple elections and buy multiple riots, I don’t know what will. Martial law, anyone? And, the war that obama is hoping to soon start in the middle east, with Isreal at it’s center could happen any time now.
Events are happening around the world at breakneck speed, many of them designed by obama’s one-worlders to produce crisis, pandemonium, panic and violence. It’s happening here, look at the violent demonstrations obama inspired in Arizona. The Gulf spill is one piece of this puzzle, and it should be OUR piece. WE MUST MAKE THIS A CRISIS FOR OBAMA, AND NOT LET IT GO TO WASTE. WE MUST USE IT TO REMOVE HIM. If we don’t act to remove him, we will be overtaken by the other tragic surprises that berri and his puppetmasters are waiting to spring, AND OUR OPPORTUNITY WILL BE LOST. obama and his shadow government of czars, regulators and executive orders must go, and this oil crisis can be the means to oust them.

There WILL NEVER be a better time to act than now. You can bet your bottom dollar that if oil washes up on Chris Christie’s NJ beaches, he’ll not hesitate for call for impeachment.
Are we going to let him stay out of prison, and remain in office, and on top of that, through the eco-disaster (not the original spill, but the cleanup) that he alone is responsible for, let him kill the nation further by passing cap and trade strangling energy development?

She’s pushing for us to step up – she knows she can’t do it herself because it would carry too much political baggage and be counter-productive to the case – however she is all but begging us to step up and remove him NOW!!!
Timing is everything. Our. Time. Is. Now. And what concerns me the most is that it seems everyone is resigned to accepting obama’s rape of the Gulf, aside from the jaded and tired barbs thrown at him on this site. I don’t see any real anger to action here. Just weak jabs at an easy target for jokes.
We have to understand, jabs won’t do it. If he is not removed before 2012 we will most likely be involved in a collapsed economy, nuclear exchange of some sort, under martial law, or obama will have made Isreal the touchstone of WWIII, or how about all of the above.
It is him or us in a fight to the finish.
This is mortal combat. obama and soros know that, and they have already succeeded in an incredible amount of damage. We must take obama out of office, and the Gulf disaster is the way to do that and get consensus across America. If he can’t or won’t be removed because of this flaming debacle, then we had all just better put out our hands and let him chain us all up now. Because if obama doesn’t go because of this fiasco, he will never go. As I said, he’ll make sure of it through war, economic collapse, martial law, etc. He is in a race against time and he is determined to win.
