The Ed Morrissey Show: Kerry Picket, Dan Coats, John Randall

posted at 1:00 pm on April 29, 2010 by Ed Morrissey

Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), we return to our normal schedule with Kerry Picket of the Washington Times, former US Senator and now Senate candidate Dan Coats, and John Randall of the NRCC!

Now you can join the conversation in the chat room! Be sure to register at Ustream to participate in our raucous live-chat sessions. (And if the log-in prompt doesn’t come up in the chat box below, use this link instead.) Jazz Shaw of The Moderate Voice and The Monster moderate the chat, and they have Troll Gun Trivia Contest running before the show, for those who get there early — and are registered!

I’ll be making a headlining appearance on The Liberty Ship Cruise in November! Sign up today to reserve your cabin for the eight-day cruise that starts November 14th from Ft Lauderdale and visits St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and Nassau. Join Paul Shanklin, Mary Katharine Ham, Andy Levy, Steven Crowder, S.E. Cupp, and many more on this trip to conservative paradise! Cabins start at only $799 if you book your trip now.

If the new Java-based chat does not work well for you, try refreshing your browser after first allowing for the Java application to run. If that still doesn’t work, join us through the Ustream channel page for TEMS!

For those fellow Hoosiers who may not know…Dan Coats is not the conservative candidate for Senate. Marlin Stutzman is. Coats is a Republican retread from the McCain/Graham big government wing of the party. He may be better than any Democrat in this race, but better isn’t good enough for Indiana. We need a committed conservative to push back against Obama. Coats isn’t it.

I agree with SKYFOX. Dan Coats will NOT be getting my vote or the vote of anyone that I know. He lost my support with his vote for gun control and for the last several years, he has been a lobbyist in Washington D.C. My vote will be going to someone who has not been a member of the D.C. den of thieves: Marlin Stutzman.
