Poll: What was the Obamateurism of the week?

posted at 9:41 am on April 11, 2010 by Ed Morrissey

I’m still hanging in the Big Easy, but there’s nothing easy about this week’s OOTW poll.  There’s also nothing ambiguous about the series of gaffes and stumbles this week.  I’m sure there are explanations for each one, whether they go 300 words or 17 minutes, but at least you won’t need a scorecard on this one to remember the star player.

Previous 2010 “winners”:

Got an Obamateurism of the Day? If you see a foul-up by Barack Obama, e-mail it to me at obamaisms@edmorrissey.com with the quote and the link to the Obamateurism. I’ll post the best Obamateurisms on a daily basis, depending on how many I receive. Include a link to your blog, and I’ll give some link love as well. And unlike Slate, I promise to end the feature when Barack Obama leaves office.

Nice buggy!!!
We just have a boring 600 Polaris and I’m afraid to do any fancy stuff any more, because my dog rides with me.

Dude…Tons of skill, with some luck thrown in. I found myself leaning constantly, though not quite as quickly as he did.

Great collection this week. Lots of stupidity and amateurishness. But giving up our strategic ambiguity is worse than amateurish. It’s dangerous.

You’re going to have to start adding a selection: “All of the Above”

No can do. It would win every week, and then where would we be?

Give the indecisive a vote present button.

Ed, My almost weekly response to this weekly feature:

(1) Coffee table book..

(2) ..in time for the 2012 election.

Agreed.

That 17 minute answer that didn’t answer why – we have to be overtaxed.

Obama dumps strategic ambiguity on nuclear response.

The rest are just minor buffoonery.

Slowburn on April 11, 2010 at 7:41 PM

Amateurish and dangerous in one move.

Give away your strategic nuclear response Plan’s weaknesses to your enemies.

EPIC FRIKKIN’ FAIL.

I’d be willing to bet that Sarah Palin can throw a baseball better than Barack Hussein Obama (“Mmmmmmmmmm Mmmmmmmmm Mmmmmmmmmmm”)
