Back in the 60s some group did a spoof set of interviews with leading Democratic and Republican politicians of the day. They made it sound like a news conference, with top reporters asking questions and then they spliced in soundbites from public speeches by that politician. It was called “Welcome to the LBJ Ranch” — hilarious. It would be really cool to hear someone like Ed do the same with Obama-Pelosi-Reid et al.

Good one Ed. You got me to look. Thought you might do a spoof with them. Maybe you could have Obama, Pelosi, Reid bubbleheads or puppets and do an in-depth interview. I think that would be one of the most substantive discussions with them ever.

Indeed Obama, Waxman and Pelosi are fools.
However, I must disagree with labeling them as fools only for the month of April. They are year-’round fools, perennials if you will.
When you interview them, be sure to ask Pelosi why, in the screen-shot you frequently run of her leading members of her delegation on a walk across the Capitol lawn, ask her why she is always shown carrying that croquet mallet. Does she play in a seniors league, or something? Or is that a tent-stake-driving mallet for putting up a circus big-top? Just curious.
