CNN: History-making super-president now at 46/51 in approval

True, true — but the poll was taken before yesterday’s House vote, which already seems to have given him a modest bounce in the Gallup daily tracker. Wait until voters get a snoutful of “history” from the media and finally have a chance to breathe it in. Go ahead and smell it.

For the first time, a CNN poll has found that a majority of Americans disapprove of President Obama’s job performance.
According to a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll released Monday, 51 percent of respondents disapprove of Obama’s job performance and 46 percent approve of it…
Obama’s approval rating has dropped steadily each month since December, when it was 54 percent. His highest approval rating in a CNN poll was 76 percent in February 2009 shortly after he took office.
His approval on health care splits 40/58, which is the worst rating he has on any issue except for two others, one of which is — surprise — the federal deficit, where he now stands at a jolly 36/62. Fortunately, as we’ve been told repeatedly, ObamaCare’s going to reduce the deficit so look for those numbers to bounce back as the savings roll in. (Ignore this guy.) The other issue where he does worse than on HCR? Why, on amnesty — his very next legislative priority. What could go wrong?
According to CBS, his numbers are sky high compared to Pelosi’s and Reid’s. Madam Speaker’s approval splits 11/37 while Dingy’s breaks at 8/23. When the poll was taken, they were on the brink of the biggest progressive legislative victory since Medicare, and combined their approval is … 19 percent. I wonder why:

Always fun to watch the liberal “mind” on display. You have such a worship of government, that you just have to believe your pet president is an incredible genius, in spite of a complete lack of evidence.
He’s really just not that bright. His ideology is simplistic. He’s one of those people who got taught by radicals and never learned to think for himself. In fact, he talks like someone who just got out of college and is still parroting whatever his profs told him.
The “revolt” has already started. It will of course start in the courts. 10 states are joining to sue against Obamacare already. Elections come in November. Wile E. Coyote Super-Genius is just about to find out what happens when you depend on Acme products, i.e., his healthcare bill.

I’m late to the thread so forgive me if this has already been said, but . . .
They are going to have a much harder time steamrolling amnesty through Congress I think. They can play to the heart strings with health care, trotting out their sick and lame constituents and larding up the debate with sob stories. Most people in this country — even many here — believe some sort of reform was in order in the health care industry anyway, so they started at an advantage with that one.
Illegal immigration is a whole different ball of wax. I’m hard-pressed to think of many people who are particularly sympathetic to illegals coming here and sponging off the system. Esp. people from southern and western states, where the problem is persistent. Heck, even in lefty California you’ll find people of all stripes with a very low tolerance for illegal immigration; it’s a big part of the reason they’re bankrupt today.
Perhaps I’m being overly optimistic, but I believe they’ve shot their wad with this health care boondoggle. They’ve spent every last cent of political capital they’ve got on it. I’m not saying we shouldn’t fight this one tooth and nail as well, but I do believe the momentum on the conservative side will be even more difficult to ignore this go around. They’d have almost been better off to tackle cap and tax next. At least most Americans are sufficiently clueless enough about it to not have put up much of a fight (until gas got to $7/gallon of course). But everyone knows what amnesty is all about. I believe they’re gonna lose this one. And the sooner the RINOs in Graham’s circle figure out they’re on the losing side of this one, the better. Lest they find themselves purged come November as well.

This, of course, is the media packaging of Obama. Except for a teensy-weensy difference in that the electorate isn’t so gullible anymore and we have a very diverse media with cable, talk radio, and these blogs where we can ask a lot of questions. An informed and educated electorate is the democrats’ worse nightmare which is plainly obvious with the current state of affairs. They still think it’s the 1990s where CNN, the 3 lettered networks, and the WashPo and NYT ruled. Ain’t the case any longer. For the democrats, keep them poor, keep them angry, keep them ignorant, and they’ll keep voting democrat.

As I review Thomas (http://thomas.loc.gov/) and Congressional Quarterly, President Obama has canceled previous laws or policies that do not support his own view of how the United States of American should be governed as a Marxist state.
President Obama has let down a great deal of U.S. and his own base.
President Obama, and is using Speaker Phofit as Dorthy. Sen. Reid, as the Straw man without a brain. His Chief of Staff is the Tin Man without a heart, and the rest of the Demoncrates in Congress as the lion without any courage. While the President is the Wizard, and remember what he turned out to be, the person how uses smoke and mirror to build up his powers beyond what they truly are. Or, no more than a tinkerer and inventor or his own little world.
Time to step off the yellow brick road and come back to reality.

Obama is “playing” 12=dimensional bombast, like, say, smashing in the windows and running out the back door before the alarms kick in. Obama and “dimensionality” suggests a man with a plan, yes, but the plan is what I’d rather call “How To Steal And Brag About It.”
Obama hates the U.S. Constitution. So does Pelosi. And Biden hates unborn life or he wouldn’t so much as remain a Democrat for another milisecond (same goes for the hypocritical Kennedys, Durbin, Dodd, Kerry, Stupak, the whole lot of these liars).
Obama’s having fun now. It doesn’t mean he’s a decent human being, if human at all.
