NARN, the Life-Affirming Edition! Update: Rep. Erik Paulsen

posted at 1:00 pm on March 20, 2010 by Ed Morrissey

The Northern Alliance Radio Network will be on the air today, with our eight-hour-long broadcast schedule starting at 9 am CT. If you’re in the Twin Cities, you can hear us on AM 1280 The Patriot, or on the station’s Internet stream if you’re outside of the broadcast area.

Today, Mitch and I will keep you updated on all of the latest from the ObamaCare whip counts. We’ll talk about Nancy Pelosi’s idea of life affirmation (and her idea of Catholicism as well), the dueling CBO scores released in the last 48 hours, and much much more!

Update: Rep. Erik Paulsen joins us at 1:30 CT (depending on his schedule) to give us updates on the ObamaCare bill!

Be sure to call 651-289-4488 to join the conversation!

Mitch and I now live-stream our show from 1-3 pm CT on Ustream, complete with live chat! Be sure to register for free at Ustream to participate in our raucous live-chat sessions. (And if the log-in prompt doesn’t come up in the chat box below, use this link instead.)

If the new Java-based chat does not work well for you, try refreshing your browser after first allowing for the Java application to run. If that still doesn’t work, join us through the Ustream channel page for TEMS!

I’ll be making a headlining appearance on The Liberty Ship Cruise in November! Sign up today to reserve your cabin for the eight-day cruise that starts November 14th from Ft Lauderdale and visits St. Thomas, St. Maarten, and Nassau. Join Paul Shanklin, Mary Katharine Ham, Andy Levy, Steven Crowder, S.E. Cupp, and many more on this trip to conservative paradise! Cabins start at only $799 if you book your trip now.

We’ll talk about Nancy Pelosi’s idea of life affirmation (and her idea of Catholicism as well),

Everyone assumes that pelosi was talking about a Catholic saint. She was praying to saint joseph stalin, her real hero. What these “good Americans who only think things should be done a different way” have in store for us in the future will make what they have done so far pale in comparison. I hope all you who believe it could never happen here are starting to figure it out. We will not have european socialism here, this country is too big and has too many people and european socialism is too wimpy. We will get nancy’s iron toed boot soon.

Deem and Pass dropped? Does that mean they have the votes?

Or does it mean they need some other way of getting the votes (like an executive order bribe?).

This was not a good weekend to give up psilocybin mushrooms.

You really need to get on the guys at 1280. Their stream doesn’t connect dependably and guess whose show is the one that is most often subject to stream problems?

That’s right – NARN. If you are trying to steer people to your Ustream, fine, but don’t be underhanded about it. On the other hand, if it’s a 1280 tech problem you should get on these guys to be less sloppy with their work.
