Yeah, Tingles himself. Unlike certain gods-made-men we needn’t name, he does spend a little time worrying about what the rules are. To be sure, he’s coming at this from the perspective of a partisan Democrat — i.e. “don’t do it, Pelosi, or the GOP will use it against us” — but given the repeated assurances from the leadership that no one but no one cares which procedures are used, it’s striking to see an O fan as devout as Matthews so far off-message. He’s genuinely worried about how this will play. And he should be.

b. they will pass an altered senate bill, which berri will unconstitutionally sign into law. Reconciliation is another smokescreen.
c. It will then be finished and onto immigration and counting a fraudulent census in Rahm’s office.

Note 2 things before you decide Tingles has lost his deep feelings for The One:
1) At no point does Chrissy mention Obama…he’s directing this at Pelosi and Reid.
2) I think Obama’s contradictory statements about a) having an up or down vote and b) not caring about the procedural rules are just his usually sloppy and incompetent way of saying that he’s not a part of the process in Congress. He’s trying to distance himself the ‘how’ while trying (and failing) to stay close to the ‘what’.
So, Chrissy is just trying to help Obama here…blame the Democrats in Congress for this mess…The One is still pristine, no matter what happens.

No, the current price is 70. If you go to buy it, it will cost an ask price of 72.2. The chart of “closing prices” shows 35, but clearly something is wrong with that chart. The actual price for a single “share” is 72.2.
