posted at 5:55 pm on March 2, 2010 by Ed Morrissey

With Hugh Hewitt away on his cruise, Guy Benson will fill in for him all week long on the show.  Tonight I’ll join Guy for a good portion of the second hour to bring everyone up to date on the happenings at newest Salem Communications affiliate Hot Air.  Guy wants to talk about my essay from this morning on the failure of the American media to apply the “lesson of Iraq” to the AGW hysteria.  We’ll also almost certainly discuss some of the following:

I’ll be at the studios of AM 1280 The Patriot for the live interview, where you can listen off the live stream if Hugh isn’t playing locally in your market.

Gee, I’ve always wanted to call Hugh Hewitt; and you, maybe… well, probably not..

I listen to Hugh Hewitt often after Fox’s Special Report is done. Guy did a good job yesterday, will tune in shortly!

The only time listening to the Hugh Hewitt show is worthwhile is when Hugh Hewitt is not hosting the show.

Ouch!

I will agree that Dean Barnett was an outstanding guest host for Hugh and Ed has been a terrific sub, too. Ed, you did a great job today with Guy.
