You know, the frustration is so thick you could cut it with a knife. These people have completely lost their ability to listen and/or pay attention. They have so lost touch with reality that we question their mental health. Their staffs openly laugh at them behind their backs, as we’ve seen in various videos (remember Maxine talking about taking over industries?) Yet they continue on, outwardly professing (still) that once we see how good their wonderful health care program works, we’ll all just love it.

Where I came from, a lot of rich initially supported the commies, but when the commies came to power, they killed and pillaged many of those rich, especially if they did not get positions on the top. A true Constitutional Professor/Scholar-turned-President would, during one of his daily TV, radio, or Food Network appearances, publicly state that he would even read any bill that reached his desk without travelling through the proper mechanics of Congress. A dignified and public refusal to even consider anything that was promoted through reconciliation before explaining briefly to the public what the process involved, how it originated, and why it is inappropriate for anything outside of the budget just before a mild tsk-tsk towards the representatives for ignoring their constituents.
 
Boy, it sure would be nice to have that sort of scholarly president.

It’s almost all due to The Precedent. Nazi and Hairy wouldn’t have done anything like this on their own. I’m sure they wanted to bail out of this long ago, even before they were all ripped to shreds in the Town Halls. It was The Precedent, and his utter contempt for us and our institutions and traditions, that has been pushing this zombie health scare like never before in American history – because no natural born American would ever even have thought to do what he’s done. Even the Clintons felt themselves bound by certain traditions, as we saw when ShrillaryCare dissolved in normal time and against normal opposition.

This contempt for us and our institutions was the great danger with allowing such an ineligible imbecile into the White House. Anyone with a brain could have predicted all this, and more than a few did. Congress got roped in by being allowed to go hog wild on the Porkulus (thinking they were taking part in the greatest robbery of all time) after which they all owed the White House for. Now they have found out that that was no robbery, but a suicide bombing, and they are already in the mall with the bomber.

Our institutions will not recover from this. This is permanent damage to Washington, no matter what happens in the coming elections, and this is all due to the White House. Still, there’s much more permanent damage to come. Fatal damage.
