There was no way in hell I was going to buy an Audi before the Super bowl

And after the Commercial….

There Continues to be no way in hell I’d buy an Audi.

So I would say that the Commercial had Zero Impact… other than to remind me of Gene Roddenberry’s paranoia that a group of Environmentalists led by “Colonel Green” would be responsible for genocide and world war 3.

What’s wrong with you people! This is the best commercial, I’ve seen in a very long time. I can’t believe that they would make such a politically in-correct ad like this. It makes fun of the left and it gets people talking about Audi. I laugh every time I see it. How anyone can spin this to be anti conservative is beyond me.

Loved the ad, because it did highlight the governments overreaching it’s police state mentality over a matter they really cannot control in the first place.

When the EPA, declared carbon dioxide a dangerous pollutant I was waiting with bated breath that the EPA would arrest U.S. all for exhaling. How selfish of me to expel a hazardous material that plant life needs to grow so we can survive.

Mother nature is more capable of balancing the good with the bad than government ever could.

I read Michelle’s post on this that it was not a parody and intentional. It’s amazing that a German company or their ad agency would not see the parallels with Nazi Germany in this ad. Now instead of Jews, Slavs and other untermenchen it is incandescent bulb users and hot tub temp scofflaws who get frog marched off by the “Greenstapo” to concentration camps. This is the kind of PR that will doom these idiots. 70 years after defeating the Nazis, they have resurrected themselves as environmentalists. Shame on you Audi.
