When will Barack Obama get some competent assistance from his Office of Protocol? Obama has already embarrassed himself by executing deep-waisted bows to Saudi King Abdullah and Japan’s Emperor Akihito. Now he’s extending the show of submissiveness to … American mayors? The AP caught the moment:
U.S. President Barack Obama bows to Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio at MacDill Air Force Base on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 in Tampa, Fla.
He didn’t bow like this to Queen Elizabeth (and rightly so). Ms. Iorio isn’t royalty, and even if she were, an American President should greet her with a handshake, not a bow. Does Obama greet the mailman with a bow, or the sanitation worker? Does he bow to Andy Stern when the SEIU chief comes to the White House on a weekly basis? OK, OK, I know the answer to that one …

He wasn’t bowing out of respect–he was checking out the Mayor’s boobs.
If Obama likes bowing to mayors, he should bow to the man who could teach him a few things about fighting terrorism–Rudy Giuliani.

This guy is going to blow a head gasket, he can’t handle the criticism, there is no Professor to give him an A for a D performance. We all know how thin his skin is, someday soon, they will find him in a room curled up in the fetal position, sucking his thumb.
This guy NEEDS to be liked, and he is finding out quickly, the world doesn’t particularly care for him, nor does the American public. In the real world, affirmative action doesn’t exist, you actually need the talent to succeed, there is no Bell Curve. I have no doubt in my mind that a Black man/woman can lead this Nation, but it is perfectly clear, this isn’t the one. NEXT…
