Actually yesterday I heard about the concept of Right Wing Airplanes and Left Wing Airplanes.

To get on a Right Wing Airplane a person would be subject to rigid, common sense inspections. To get on a Left Wing Airplane a person would be subjected to whatever is currently Politically Correct.

The only problem is see is that any left wingers that had a modicum of commons sense (an oxymoron, I know) would lie and sneak aboard the Right Wing flight and as a result the Left Wing airlines would loose money resulting in added regulations to put a stop to evil conservatives and another government bailout.

I say we allow verified US Citizens with valid CCW permits in their home state to carry firearms onto aircraft. The stipulation is that they MUST be carried openly at all times, and must be loaded with frangible ammunition for the duration of the flight.

I guarantee that the first clownshoe on a DFW outbound that decides to get cute with a “package” in his underwear that gets unceremoniously ventilated by ten or twelve law-abiding citizens will provide a high level of deterrent to any would-be jihadis that might come afterward.
