Disappointed.

I had a major problem with connecting and being able to post at Hot Air when I converted to Windows 7 and forgot my password. I simply requested assistance from the right people and action was taken immediately. That’s the customer service we all expect but more often do not receive and when we do it is our responsibility to acknowledge those who helped us and thank them.

Thank you Hot Air staff and posters may you all have a Merry Christmas and let U.S. work hard to create a prospers New Year.

Treach is going to work for Tucker Carlson’s blog out of DC. We’ll sure miss him and his daggers, but hopefully he’ll still drop in every now and then.

In 24 hours, we received not one heads up about the CK error; lately, I’ll spot a broken link in Headlines and there’ll be 30-40 comments in the thread saying “bad link” — with not a single person thinking to shoot us a message to get our attention.

There’s no response to emails sent so people assume they’re not being read. Therefore, people don’t bother to send emails. I know you guys must get a lot of email – including trivial ones – but this is the reason no one sent an email.
