SO this is funny. The one eyed Scottish twat, Gordon Brown, has declared that the EU is to be the "world's policeman" when it comes to policing carbon emissions. Obama is claiming he bound the US to an agreement which hasn’t been ratified by the US Senate the same way he circumvented the democratic process by having the EPA declare gaseous plant food emitted by all fauna an environmental toxin.

In case anyone hasn’t noticed, Obama does not have a shred of respect for our constitution or deliberative democratic process. So now we have to wait and see how the UN, EPA, or US courts try to enforce this so-called agreement.

Congress better pass something soon or Obama will close every US military base in the fifty (seven) states.

Actually, as businesses move out of the country or just close down we should have no problem meeting our Copenhagen commitments.

The only problem I see is borrowing enough money to give so we can give it away.

In the classic case of watch the magician’s other hand, Obama and his cloned media had the world watching the Copenhagen trick, while the real mischief was playing out at home on the Obamacare takover of the nation’s freedom. Bribery and faux ethics showmanship by phoney bluedogs and stealth pro-abortion GOP RINO’s came to a head, leaving embarrassment all around, from the Catholic bishops who naively(?) believed their would be no opening in this bill for abortion, and allowed it to leave committee with a positive spin, to those “conservative pundits who gleefully predicted the bill’s demise because the Dems were divided upon principle (turns out that bribery and money were the cure for their big healthcare differences on principle bout serious principle after all -who knew?

Heck, if he would just drop this health care nonsense, I say give him an A+ with commendations whether he went to the carbon-intensive conference or not. (It would have been better for mother earth had they all stayed home anyway). And isn’t that sort of how he got through Columbia with no one in his class able to remember him at all?

The Club for Growth issued a statement applauding the President’s success in Copenhagen, which they estimate has saved at least 30 million American jobs. By his use of “meaningful” in describing the “agreement,” they observe, he is sending the universally understood sign from politicians that absolutely nothing meaningful has happened.

Of course the Chinese will agree to “transparency” on some unspecified measurements of unspecified materials in some future agreement which has not even begun negotiations. Of course India will agree to “reduce” their carbon output in the future, so long as the dates, terms, and amounts are all undetermined and subject to unlimited future negotiations. Why wouldn’t they? They come out looking like good guys, keep Obama and the Euro=peons happy, while giving up nothing at all! Sounds like a cool deal to me.
