Al Gore’s second career is going down in flames and increasing his carbon footprint.

He needs a new job – that super energy sucking green house in TN needs more money to keep it running.

So Al’s trying to break into a new field as an expert.

Won’t someone please just offer him a job. He could clean up TN parks by being the Doggie Doodie Officer. Just a thought. Any other job offers?

The Greenies are well aware that their economic numbers suck. So just like the gamers in the GW emails, they plan on ‘tweaking’ the numbers to get the desired results.

Hell, who needs “scientists” or “economists”. Just state the result you want, then massage the numbers to justify your position. The Air Resources Board in Kalifornia has already done this. When peer reviewed, the conclusion was that the assumptions and numbers in “the study” were rigged at the outset. That didn’t stop ARB. They’d already made their minds up. Next they’ll want to commission a study as to why manufacturing firms are fleeing the state.

Sorta off topic, but anytime I see the poster queen for Progressive angst over corporate malfeasance (Enron), I think in terms of comparitive economic damage.

Enron cost shareholders and employees a few tens of Billions of dollars. While not trivial in the least and I’m sure very painful for those who lost their life savings, the Obambi have “lost” or “misplaced” that much in Stimulus funds alone!

Enron is chump change compared to the screwing we are getting from Washington.
