Gee, the quarry of the IG didn’t like his style–”ad hominem attacks” and “straying off the issues”, so they “gave him a hearing” which they thought he botched–so they made some phone calls and BAM the sweep got the boot.

Good post…but too add to the post, I think the most outrageous act was not Lewinski, but the Billy Dale fiasco.
That was both Clinton’s, in a very clandestine act to destroy an innocent man, a very innocent man, for their cronies.
I still think that is one of the most obvious examples of a leader in America destroying an innocent victim…it set up the Joe the plumber, etc. attacks.
Destroy the opponent at all costs, and a certain number of supporters will always support you…no matter how egregious.

All good points on Clinton scandals but I point to the Riady/John Huang/Charlie Trie/etc/etc scandal as the biggest of them all and a serious, fact-oriented media (which we know we do not have) would have followed that obviously corrupt trail. Instead they framed it as “Republicans say” and delivered WH talking points as “news” reports.

As for Lewinsky, let us not forget she was given a job at the freaking Pentagon as a way to get her out of the WH. That alone speaks volumes about how national security was viewed and valued by that crew.

I happen to side with Johnathon Fund on this one, the Dem's are hell bent for leather to skew the system through election "reform" in their favor.
