Are we REALLY sure that SNL didn't have microphones wired in China during that Asian excursion?

Stepan, how could you leave out....

Rahm Machiavelli:

So that his subjects will view him with admiration,as a Potus which has the daring and courage to boldly travel to Asia, but also with fear, for whom among them has the strength to contend with such a paragon of Presidential virtue? In such a manner is the princely Potus's dominion maintained.

Let's see... Just why did that "chicken" cross the road? (with compliments to http://philosophy.eserver.org/chicken.txt)

Karl Marx: To advance the cause of socialist solidarity!

Plato: For the greater Chicago area good.

Hippocrates: To do no harm--except to those who oppose him--in the United States.

Albert Einstein: To see if communist starlight would bend around own massive ego.

Aristotle: To announce the discovery of a fifth element: earth, air, fire, water, and mirror.

Zeno: Contrary to common sense, Obama never left the United States or accomplished anything.

Obama's presidency is a flop, unless you're a socialist/communist who is enjoying America dying by his hand, and at the hand of George Soros, Obama's puppetmaster.

Let's just put it this way: Everybody on the world stage, including our enemies, LOVES Barack Obama.

Great photo op guy!

But nobody respects him.

Awwwww.

(What the Chinese translator did NOT translate during Obama's 'Spread the Love' World Tour)

"We like the way you diss United States so much we diss you, too."

"Great fun! No?"

"We feel better and you feel better, too."

"It's like Democrat Congress yank all support for South Vietnam, and then country fall all over again!"

"We love you, Barack Obama. You are our Oba-Mao!"

"We hope more Americans vote Democrat and re-elect you as many times as possible."

Clearly, Obama is in way over his head, and his choice for Secretary of State isn’t helping. He needs a seasoned diplomat at the helm of State, and he needs to abandon his “smart power,” “reset buttons,” and campaign trail-style diplomacy in exchange for professionalism and protocol. And he needs to do it fast, before our allies in the Pacific and Europe write him off entirely.

I disagree. I believe that the 0bamanation needs to step down, and let someone with at least a bit of experience, and a lot less megalomania take control.

This fact remains. 0bama is the best thing to happen to the GOP in over a decade ... but the GOP doesn't deserve it!

He could have saved us a lot of money if he would have just gotten take out from the local Golden Dragon. They deliver for free too on orders over $25.

Hopefully this failed effort created a smidgen of humility in the oversized and undeserved ego; yes, you can fail Barrack Obama, and you have been doing it much more than you realize.

Instead of quickly correcting himself, then Senator Obama defended his position and made meeting foreign leaders without preconditions a central aspect of his foreign policy.
gridlock2 on November 23, 2009 at 12:15 PM

Maybe Obama, being cognizant of his complete lack of skills and experience, was referring to the foreign leaders' preconditions.

For example, if I were a foreign leader, my preconditon in dealing with the imbecile Obama would be that he STFD and STFU.

I really think that with Obama it's all image and style. Substance is secondary to looking good. That may be why he can spend so much time pursuing recreational activities and trips abroad as opposed to governing, setting policy, and leading the nation. It's like he's a figurehead, except that there's nobody actually pulling the strings. Given his narcissism, it's not surprising that for Obama, looking and sounding presidential is the sum total of his ambition. He has succeeded in proving to himself that he's a man of power and position, and having done that, there's nothing left that interests him.
