Obama organizing group: Palin book tour “dangerous”

This is actually kind of cute, and completely hypocritical. Organizing for America warns its mailing list of a new danger to America. Is it terrorists getting a global platform in federal court? Political correctness keeping soldiers in danger? Massive deficits being run up by the Democrats to satisfy their statist agenda? Er … not quite:
President Obama’s political operation took a shot at Sarah Palin today, accusing her of lying on her media blitz.
“It’s dangerous,” Organizing for America Director Mitch Stewart said of Palin’s book tour. …
Let’s see if we have this right. The Left accused conservatives opposed to trying Gitmo terrorists in federal court of cowardice, a charge echoed to some degree by Eric Holder in his testy exchange with Senator Jon Kyl. Put aside for the moment the myriad of arguments against Obama’s decision. Even on that basis, we’re now to believe that giving al-Qaeda terrorists a global media platform for propaganda and recruitment isn’t at all dangerous … but a book tour should have people running for cover?
And of course, Stewart is showing just how dangerous this is — by exploiting it for every red cent he can find:
Stewart asks supporters to help raise $500,000 to “push back against Sarah Palin and her allies.”
Well, maybe Palin is dangerous. But dangerous to whom? If Stewart has his crying towel out already, the answer is pretty clear.

Sarah is already Obama’s foil – the person to whom he has to answer for all of his Marxist domestice agenda and anti-American foreign policy.
We will see a lot more instances of Obama feeling the need to respond to the clamor that Sarah has created by revealing his socialist agenda in a Twitter post or remark to the media.
There are only 2 political forces in existence today – Obama and Sarah.
Sarah represents the face and voice of the conservative opposition – not Mike Steele, Mitch McConnell or John Boehner – and certainly not Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee et al.
And now I see that McCain is leading his unannounced opponent in the 2010 GOP Senate primary by 2 points.
2012 is going to be a slaughter for Democrat and RINO incumbents – kind of an electoral French Revolution.

Sammy and a family friend were out hunting with their dog when the found four marshals in BDUs on their property. They didn’t ID themselves, rather, they lit up the dog. Sammy and the friend returned fire and fled. Sammy was shot running away and the friend was wounded.
All over a trumped up charge to coerce Randy into going undercover in some gang.

I am back at my apartment in Cincinnati after the Cuda’s booksigning, I’ll be heading to Columbus shortly since I’m traveling to Medina anyway.
Great crowd. There was a mother there with a girl with down’s syndrome, so I gave my ticket for book signings to her.
I warned her that Sarah was gonna hold and snuggle your little girl and not give her back easily.
Sure enough, Sarah went ROGUE and held the little girl and she got special time. The two moms talked baby stuff including the Cuda wondering how to get Trigg to eat for solid food. She’s just a bad mother (/snark).

I was able to convince a nice gentleman to take my C4P shirt signed on the right sleeve in Auburn, put it on, and then get Sarah to sign the left sleeve. Mission accomplished.
It was a lot of fun. Sarah did not give a speech at this stop.

And they are scared because she is real. What is coming through so clearly to me as I read the parts about the campaign is that they wanted an image. The person, who she really was, got in the way of that. They wouldn’t even let her govern Alaska the way she had, which apparently at very least confused her Alaskan constituents because she was friendly and communicative and then all of a sudden, she was holed up in some hotel room and no interviewer could ask her anything.
I don’t know how many times I’ve written “Stupid” out in the margins about something they did or said or didn’t let her do or say. At least a dozen and I’m only 15 or so pages into the campaign part. They wanted a packaged image that they had complete control over.
It won’t be that way next time, thus, the LSM and O admin should be VERY afraid.

Kimbers are beautiful weapons, but not worth nearly 2.5 times the price of my Loaded series Springfield (495 for my Springfield, 1250 for a friend of mines Kimber). I shot several magazines through both of them side by side and found them both to be superior, but the first shot out of the Kimber didn’t touch all four sides of a .5″ square paster used for a aiming point at 10yds like my springfield did so I stuck with mine (honestly, I probably couldn’t do that again if I tried though).
