Ron Paul is not a viable candidate for anything. As a Texan, I still can’t figure out how this loon has remained in Congress for so long. He’s got an 18th century mindset, and this is the 21st century.

Forget the Alex Jones craziness, or the Stormfront Hitler Youth, Paul has more crazy than all of ‘em rolled into one.

Name one idea this loon has, other than “audit the fed,” that makes sense in a world that has motorized transportation, telecommunications, and indoor plumbing!

Ron Paul couldn’t even make a dent in the Republican primaries last year. He may as well not have been there.

Rasmussen shows Sarah Palin is actually polling better than Barack Obama. That will only rise, BTW.

One has to ask one’s self, realistically, who is going to have an actually chance at the Republican nomination,AND attract libertarians in droves, a guy who is well past his prime, who hasn’t had a lucid thought in decades, or a bright young conservative who governs as a libertarian, is taking the fight to Obama on a daily basis, and isn’t seen as a loon by 99.2 percent of her own party?

I’ll take Sarah Palin. All day, every day.

Absolutely true. We’ve lost control of the government NOW. We have to vote in people whose purpose is to DIMINISH the power of government. Both spending and federal laws have to be rolled back.

It’s pointless to vote for anyone other than a true States’ Rights conservative. I cannot see how the GOP can morph into a party advocating the dissolution of Federal power. They are totally invested in their personal power no less than Pelosi or Reid. They’ve got to be abandoned.

There is no doubt human life begins in the womb, it is only a question of when. Though I can not consider a single-cell a Human Life.

I dislike the idea of killing any sentient life.

Is the “single-cell” alive? I can’t see how someone could claim otherwise, so I’ll go with that.

If it’s alive it’s a life (that’s only logical). So what kind of life is it? Is it animal? In the sense that it’s not mineral or vegetable, yes. In the sense of man vs animal, no. It’s clearly human. So, by definition, it’s human life.

I agree with you that it’s not sentient. I submit that is irrelevant. Are coma patients sentient? They can have no higher brain functions at all, and yet they sometimes wake up to a perfectly normal life.

Is a lack of higher brain function a reason to take basic rights away from a person? Especially when that lack of function is clearly temporary? This is a serious question. I would like a serious answer.

Unless you are God, you can’t prove beyond a shadow of doubt that your religion is true, Because its faith…do you not understand this basic concept? Let me put is simply, there are 100s of churches all claiming to be the one path, the one true faith…they all have experts in their field that could point to this passage of scripture and that passage…who can show all the great artifacts, etc. And though they may convince you that their religion happens to be the right one, you might be wrong! You don’t even have proof that God exists! Sure there is plenty of compelling evidence, hence the whole Intelligent Design argument…but even ID proponents can’t claim its Christ, or some Hindu God, Aliens, Thor, Zeus or what not. You can’t prove there is a God, and you can’t prove that there isn’t a God…hence faith. You can make compelling arguments, but persuasion is NOT proof.
I believe in the Bible, I believe in Christ, I believe we should strive to live moral lives, etc…and there are many things that witness to me the truthfulness of my faith… but I could be wrong….

The problem is apacalyps, and its what makes people so frustrated with you, is we DONT HAVE TIME or energy to squabble with each other…when the Marxists are striving to Kill All Religion, All Freedom, its time to Unite! We are at War!

And here is another dirty little secret that you fail to grasp…even if you could prove that my religion was false, your religion doesn’t automatically become true by default! Even if you proved every religion except yours to be false, it doesn’t make yours true.

Who told you that? Who told you Chimpanzees could type out Romeo and Juliet given enough time? Do you know the odds of this sort of thing? They are astronomical. I didn’t tell you that. Some of the things you people say are absolutely so silly. You don’t think. Shake up a 1000-piece puzzle in a bag and let the pieces land wherever they want. Dump them over and over. Will they eventually for the picture on the box? Such nonsense! But that’s your thinking. Given enough time, the picture should be complete.

Besides, several of the Historical Biblical Prophecies got problems when you look for Historical proof.

Hey Door Knob, I’m not the one who keeps bringing it up. Go back and read the headline it says, “Glenn Beck planning some kind of big announcement tomorrow.” I posted one message message wondering if he was going to convert to Christianity. That’s it. And I hope that is his BIG announcement cause I don’t want him to go to hell (I doubt it is though, but I’ll still pray he gets converted). Anyways, all my comments following that are me defending myself against tools like you — they are purely retaliatory in nature. Oh, and PS, if you wanna lecture somebody about leaving others religions alone, then point a finger at Mormon’s like Romney and Beck — NOT ME. Tell them STOP pushing to make Mormonism “Christian.” Never would I argue that Islam and Christianity are the same. What is done to my Lord by the Mormon’s goes well beyond a different interpretation. It’s sickening. It angers me greatly. And I’m gonna speak out whenever I can. Thank you.

I forgot you were a Mormon. And I don’t agree with your above statement. I know you can’t prove your religion, but don’t speak for mine. Most people believe the existence of God can’t be proven, it’s all faith, but that’s not true. Creation proves a Creator and the Bible will prove itself to you through it’s prophecy. Thank you.

I am not fighting against you, rather I am defending me from you. I also believe that we must as a people get reconnected with God, and repent etc…however, I do not believe we should get into religious wars right now on whose church is true and whose church is false…( esp since you can’t prove it, you can only believe it…its called faith for a reason )…I am confident that if people started to go to church…and turn to God, then God will continue to bless us with Freedom and Prosperity….if however we fight each other, the Marxists will win, and religion will have to go underground.
