Criminy! What is wrong with these people? Our government is so corrupt! How did we get to where we are today? It’s like there is a whole world out there of completely corrupt people… and they sound nice and normal! Lavelle sounds like a normal person as she says she will check up on how to get things going! What kind of parents raised kids like this? How do you not blink?

This and what congress is doing with healthcare right now is just impossible to believe. I think someone should wake me up from this terrible dream.

Why does Beck keep going on and on about corruption in both parties? There is nothing even close to this on the right! Not international child prostitution. All these folks… they don’t even blink! It is just how the world works for them!!!!!

Why do people pretend ACORN is anything more than Carnys? ACORN Walnut how cute.

Shell Game (shell-and-pea game, three-shell game) — One of the ‘big three’ dishonest street games sometimes played on the long-ago carnival lot (the others are ‘fast and loose’ and ‘three-card monte’). Played, like the other two, on a small portable tabletop. Three hollow half-walnut-shells are mixed around rapidly on the tabletop, and the bettor (victim) attempts to keep track of and guess which one hides a little dried pea. But with simple sleight of hand, the grifter can easily control (both while the shells are being mixed and after the guess is made) whether the pea appears under any pea he likes. This enables a skilled operator to put on a performance that attracts swiftly-escalating bets and walk away with big money every time.

It’s never been a legitimate organization that is the pretense the cover…just a bunch of Carnys, who figured out how to shake down the Government for the people’s money.

Lavelle comes through as a sympathetic clueless person. But if this had been 2 FBI agents recording her she could find herself charged with conspiracy to violate the Mann Act, money laundering laws, and fraud charges. Lots of jail time could be coming.

But A.G. Holder has a lot of bigger fish to fry–like ex-post-facto persecutions of CIA Agents for protecting our country against more terrorist attacks.

I have to admit, while this obviously reflects horribly on ACORN as a tax-funded organization, Lavelle personally is probably one of the more sympathetic individuals we’ve seen in any of these tapes. I, at least, got the sense that she didn’t just smell money, but was interested in doing the best for people in a bad situation, out of which she probably knew she wasn’t going to talk them. True, that ultimately would mean abusing funds for illegal activities, which is where the federal support comes into unequivocal question. But I don’t know. I’m inclined to give her, personally, a bit of a break.

I hate to admit such, but i have known people such as this lady before and have worked with people who are street wise. Got an education as to how it works.
This lady is a predator and a hustler.
