Proud to have Inhofe as my Senator. I supported him rather than the RNC. He confirms over and over that it was a good move. He wasn’t even deceived by the TARP chicken littles. Keep it up Jim.

Hold the celebration. Totally unnoticed, two courts have now held that environmental groups could bring nuisance actions against named coal burning utility defendants for carbon emissions contributing to global warming. The actions were dismissed by the trial court but reinstated on appeal, so now there will be courts clogged with global warming nuisance cases that will make Inhofe pray for legislation.

Most Senators have an allegiance to something.
Senator Inhofe appears to have an allegiance to the truth.
He appears to be serving the citizens.
He seems to focus on the issue, and does not draw attention to himself.

So at what point does Sen. McCAIN back away from this? Boxer is of course the most grotesque about it, but John and Newt were definitely on the hybrid-powered bandwagon too. They lost the election partly due to this topic and their lack of taking the liberty high road.
