New York doesn’t need the tax income. I’m pretty sure I heard Gov.Paterson say he was glad his tax structure drove Limbaugh out. Obviously, the state has a huge surplus.

Since the early eighties the political leadership in Dallas has had a dream…that one day they would wake up and the entire city would have move to the east coast. Preferably to the area that New Jersey presently occupies. They are settling for what they consider is the next best thing…Acting like their dream has come true.

Reality rears it’s ugly head upon DNC boxing fans.

Hmmm….I heard this, but I also heard they are considering Corzine to run the Bank of (the taxpayers of) America. If they try to put Corzine in the old Frankie’s senate seat, we might have to recall him.

Agreed. There used to be a place called Dallas. Then the fine citizens of that formerly great city started voting Democrat and ran all the pro-business people out to the suburbs and exurbs. Now Big D is too similar to some of those northern cities to suit me. Still, a rich history and a significant city to us Texans. Now Fort Worth, on the other hand . . .there’s a real Texas city.
