Was is just me, or did Neil Cavuto look like he was about to throw up while listening to that D-PA senator spin health care ‘facts’ on his show?
“If we pass this bill, it might be the end of the two party system, because Americans will realize that we are the only party that is looking out for them.” Or something.

The real story is Palin.

I think that avoiding that is pretty much telling the story here.

She is a big hand-talker; gesturing madly all over the place. When she said “social justice” she had her little fist balled up — I interpret that body language as rellay getting revenge on the middle class.

Loved the sign at the Stout Street Clinic Town Hall in Denver last summer. Picture of Pelosi (in the Obama HOPE mode) with the underline "Pants on Fire." More appropriate now than it was then. That was so infuriating to the ACORN supporters that they tried to steal the sign.

The fix is going to be much more. Since the bill essentially outlaws private insurance, and considering that health care is a $2.5 Trillion business per year, or $25 trillion plus over 10 years, the governments estimate of a government run system is orders of magnitude off. This will be one of the biggest disasters ever.

Even today Medicare costs alone are greater than $420 billion per year or $4.2 trillion plus over 10 years.

I’m afraid that we’re doomed if they don’t get it.

I don’t see why people cannot learn from history – any type of Redistribution scheme i.e. Statism or Socialism has never worked.

It is only after it has destroyed a society that a new birth of freedom occurs, but only at great cost in suffering and human lives.
