Torture is what you call it. I don’t believe it is torture unless severe physical or mental harm is SURE to result. Hundreds of thousands of American pilots have been waterboarded as part of their training. None of them shows the slightest sign of mental damage or irreparable physical harm. While they may have felt they were drowning and going to die, there was always a way to make it stop. Tell the Truth. KSM did after the first attempt. Not more than 6 minutes worth of pain or fear. I’ve had worse at my own wedding. If waterboarding the man for a couple of hours over his lifetime is torture, then imagine what living with a pussy like you must be. Zounds, your wife/boyfriend must be a saint.

There should be no trials for Men who did their duty based on specific legal guidance which authorized them to do so. They were given legal opinions by Men, who were correct, that waterboarding was a legal and just method to be used in obtaining intelligence information from hardened terrorist killers who had the potential to kill another 300, 3,000, or 300,000 Americans in the very near future. They did their duty, and no court of law should convict them in this country.

This is not and has never been the case.

This was not true of German spies caught during World War II trying to sabotage aluminium production (among other things), this was not true of Confederate soldiers caught engaging in spying or sabotage during the Civil War, & it should not be true of any murderous pig-monkey terrorist captured. By the way, KSM wasn’t waterboarded 183 times. He was waterboarded THREE times in one month, twice in one day, with the water poured on his face 183 times in those three episodes. Each time a small amount of water was dropped on his face was counted as one of those 183 ATTEMPTS. The interrogation was supervised by a medical officer and his vital signs were taken throughout the procedure. He did not know that the interrogators weren’t going to kill him, and waterboarding may be debated as torture by rational and sound minds. And KSMs kids were never tortured to find his whereabouts. His mothers may have been told they were tortured, but the children were untouched.

The irrational decision to fly four planes full of innocent civilians into four buildings in the United States capitol and New York City packed with innocent civilians and military personnel who were not legally or illegally engaged in warfare with Islamic people in any theater of the globe, with the intention of killing as many civilians as possible (remember that potentially 50,000 civilians worked inside the World Trade Centers alone), can only be seen as far worse than any waterboarding actions which occurred to prevent other such attacks on the United States.

Americans are allowed, by international law, and customary legal warfare, to defend themselves once attacked, in as many different ways and means necessary to win the war and achieve peace. This is the way War has been fought since time began. If this avenue of self defense is forbidden to only Americans, then the only possible response becomes a nuclear response with catastrophic consequences for the entire Muslim world, since the combatants cannot be separated from the indigenous Muslim populations of the globe. (Remember, we couldn’t separate out the Soviet civilians from the Soviet military personnel in a sudden Cold War exchange, if it had occurred, and there was no outcry over the possibility of refraining from harming 160 million+ Russians when the lives of over 200 million Americans would have been summarily snuffed out in such a war.)

KSM does not deserve the protections of the Constitution. Only the protections of the Geneva Conventions, which he has already been granted. The War is not over and his war crimes have not been ajudicated yet, as they should be only by military courts martial.

(And Spathi is an idiotic tool, but that is beside the point.)

Bring him into the US at the peril of 300 million Americans, and while your party may never be eliminated, it is entirely possible the lives of 200 million Americans may one day be extinguished by treating him as a rock star hero to ragheads everywhere. (And yeah, I said ragheads and I mean it, too.) Try wearing that on the Dhimmicrat Party’s sleeve for the next century.

I agree, democrat voters never hold their own to any standards. They constantly forgive them, look the other way, or in some cases celebrate it blatant corruption and clear violations of the public trust. Michelle Malkin wrote a best selling book exposing just some of the corruption that goes on within the democratic party establishment. But it seems that no matter how many facts and no matter how much proof surfaces, democrat voters seem more willing to twist themselves into pretzels to either forgive it, ignore it, or justify it. Sadly most seem to love their party more than their country.

I think that history shows us pretty clearly that no matter how heinous the crime, the democrats as a party will continue. They can literally commit murder, rape underage boys, & commit acts of treason & they will continue to be elected. & I doubt one murderous terrorist beclowning the entire justice system of the United States will change that.
