On the other hand, this could actually be brilliant.

Think about it: Owens and the vote-stuffing Democrats have already gone home. After the concession, why did they need to continue wasting resources stealing that election when there are other places for their malfeasance to fester?

There is no way they will be able to organize a campaign to defraud with ballots stuck in people’s cars and the like at this point.

I read through a lot of the comments and discovered that you can tell the RINOs from the Conservatives based merely on whether or not they think Hoffman should fight or not. Those later folks are the same guys who said that Republicans shouldn’t fight, or invoke the “Nuclear Option” regarding SCOTUS nominees when Dems played dirty because we have to be honorable and lose with dignity. I’m beginning to think those comments had serious ulterior motives based on this Dede chaos.

That game was on tape delay in Atlanta. I had worked hard to avoid hearing what the outcome was before the game was broadcast.
About halfway through the game, during a commercial break, the local sportscaster jumps in with a tease for the eleven o-clock news. He told us to turn in hear about the surprise upset in olympic hockey.

The guy wasn’t fired the next day. But he should have been.

About 20 years ago, a Republican won and was certified in a California district, but the House, which was controled by Democrats, voted to seat the Democrat instead.

If the vote count hasn’t been certified yet – and since they’re still counting votes, it apparently hasn’t – he can. Certification is what makes it official.

I live in Saratoga county and there are no reports of this on any of the local news outlets.

Section 2 – The House

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

The STATEs choose their representatives… NOT the House of Reps themselves…

The State has NOT certified the election… efgo they have NOT choosen their Representative.

I disagree 100%. A) So what if Pelosi would have still found the votes? It would have made her have to work all the harder. B) So what if it would have made Hoffman look bitter? The issues we face today are well worth it. Especially knowing the Dems wouldn’t have thought twice about what others thought. C) Pelosi was able to seat Owens because Hoffman conceded. This election should never have been conceded until all the votes were counted. Conservatives need to learn a good lesson today and learn how to stand up and fight damn it!
