Political correctness, in part at least, killed these troops. A bunch of bureaucrats didn’t want to offend a Muslim who was clearly doing something amiss. Radical Islam has long since declared war on us but we have too many who live in denial of this fact and it’s getting our people killed. It isn’t over either. We got 3 more years of Obama still but hopefully only another year of a Congress which lives in that same state of denial.

The first is the shootings themselves, which so far appear to be fairly cut-and-dried, at least in terms of identifying the shooter. Several witnesses saw Hasan shooting, and the military and FBI have publicly stated that they believe he acted alone. They certainly have enough evidence already to try Hasan, which will give the victims and their families justice.

You think that’s the entire scope of the investigation Obama is talking about? Did you bother reading the article which you linked?

Obama already had ordered a review of all intelligence related to Hasan and whether the information was properly shared and acted upon within government agencies.

“There is an ongoing investigation into this terrible tragedy,” Obama said. “That investigation will look at the motives of the alleged gunman, including his views and contacts.”

“We must compile every piece of information that was known about the gunman, and we must learn what was done with that information. Once we have those facts, we must act upon them.”

You’re claiming Obama only wants an investigation of who committed the shooting when that’s clearly not the case. Why are you lying about this? Why are you more interested in using this tragedy as a political football than getting the information?

Back off all you want idiot! It was a Terrorist Act against the US and it happened on your watch.

Why would Pinnochio Hussein Obama demand congress shut down its investigation? Shut it down until he and Holder can do a thourogh whitewash of and elimination of the evidence that points directly at them and this EPIC FAILURE of and administration?

Perhaps Holder is runnin a bluff and when the heat gets hot enough offer to keep the trials in Military Court rather than NYC in exchange for a hush up of Fort Hood.

Is there anyone left that trusts this administration and their wild claims?

Criminalizing one’s political opponents is a common practice of the Left. I don’t want to emulate it. And trying to remove two opposing presidents in a row from office might give that impression, wouldn’t it?

If we weren’t fighting for our very lives, I’d take a more laid back approach, as you suggest & wait for 2012. But everyday this usurper is in office he is changing, damaging and making us less safe. So I’d rather not sit around and sing Kumbaya while he dismantles our country, one piece at a time.

Asking Obama to reconsile his “born British” statement with the oath he swore that he was Constitutionally eligible for POTUS is hardly “criminalizing” him. He may well be a citizen or even native born but he cannot be a natural born citizen at birth unless he had no other governments to answer to and no divided loyalties.

His answer is what may criminalize him. Let’s put the responsibility squarely on him. We are ready to have him removed from the Oval Office by any non-violent legal means possible, like a writ of quo warranto in District Court in Washington D.C. Challenging his British born citizenship vs his U.S. natural born citizenship at birth only leads to criminalization if he’s guilty. And if he’s guilty, he needs to go… yesterday. .

Whether a person (who admits having been) born subject to the laws of a foreign power can become Commander In Chief of the US armed forces is a genuine and necessary question of law, not a conspiracy theory
