Video: Glenn Beck devotes entire show to black conservatives

A brilliant idea, although I hope the participants know that they’re now fair game for “progressive” blackface photoshops mocking them as traitors to their race. The Clinton coalition is fracturing, thanks to The One’s statism on steroids; every white surbanbite vote that’s lost will have to be made up with a minority vote, which means the volume on the demagoguery will have to be turned up that much higher. You’re a brave man, Charles Payne.

You can watch the entire episode at Fox News. Enjoy.

My only complaint is that I’m fed up with Beck’s moral equivalency shtick, where Republicans are just as bad as Democrats, and where he labels Republicans “Progressives”.

I don’t disagree that some Republicans are like that… but Beck’s talk of a third party is nuts! The only thing that we get with that is more Obama!

If he is using it as a threat to bring Repubs back to the right I hope it works but a real third party is a disaster!

I have a dream. That every American will register as an independent. Don’t give a dime to any party, ever.
And vote for the best people.

I’m a dreamer.

Man!, what a great show…as a white person, it was great to see that my hatred for Obama and his minions was reinforced to be against his policies and not against black people. Great show!

The problem is that BOTH parties have been corrupted by progressives – the Dems by the far left, and the Repubs by the “leftie lites.”

Both parties need to clean up their acts. Maeanwhile, conservatives need to be able to not only get our ideaology out there, but to reveal the decay produced by government reliance.

After the Hispanic show, he should have an Academic Conservatives Show!

Unfortunately most of the RINOS we are stuck with ARE progressives and their close votes on all of this government stuff is taking us down the road toward socialism. They probably don’t consider themselves progressive, since they want to go down the road to socialism SLOWER than liberal progressives.

I submit that ALL people who believe in government solutions to things that should be left in the hands of the private sector ARE progressives. And that includes some of the holy grail programs like social security, etc. We really need to get that privatized. The youth of today are so screwed as it is. If they were allowed to put their FICA portion into their own accounts and get those accounts privately managed, they would all retire rich.

this was an excellent show! beck is a great guy! and if this doesn’t show him to not be a racist i don’t know what does!

Obama and his adm are progressive elitists who know the meaning and ramifications of what they’re doing. They, and the Foundations, have no home or loyalty other than their quest for power, and their urge to control labor and resources around the globe. They’ve taken the fruit of a false premise and morphed it into a total lie. They are well along the road of replacing our republic with a regulated totalitarian oligarchy cleverly disguised as a pseudo-egalitarian democracy. Their method is magical deception, and the distraction of the uninformed.

Watch the busy hand that does so little, but never the one that actually commits the act. They prosper by the division of opponents. Glen Beck is attempting to get ahead of them, as witnessed by his many programs, especially this one.

I believe we’re at the end of the Gramsci second stage and we didn’t get here by Obama alone.

Gramsci, loosely rendered, concluded that the average person would never voluntarily reject the faith and culture of the West. He concluded that the best way to implement a collectivist government was to use an intellectual elite to destroy traditional values by attacking fundamental Jewish and Christian beliefs. He envisioned a three phased assault.

Today, in Italy, the unelected EU bureaucrats have banned the traditional/cultural crucifix’s from schools on the premise that it’ll upset the other. Obama’s immediate reaction to the professor break-in and the cop, was to instantly side with the elitist professor, and making it into a black minority thing. It’s imperative for them that we remain divided. For us it’s imperative that we unite and Beck is making good strides to take us in that direction.

Lisa from Project 21 totally gets it. Charles doesn’t otherwise he wouldn’t have voted for Obama under any circumstances, having said that, putting himself out there deserves much praise.

I caught this live, it was pretty inetesting. Beck seems to dredge up genuine inspiration from the smallest anecdote. I’m just glad he didn’t break down and dress up like Crispus Attucks.

Also, I think it’s going to be a painful week if you expect that this would confirm for anybody that Glenn Beck is not a racist. There are very few media sources trying to confirm Beck’s sanity or piety. Most seem to be drawn in by his kookiness and are hoping he mentally cracks up live on television.

Wow. I hae that TiVo’s but haven’t watched it yet. Turning it on now. Those people are INTENSE. Why is it we never hear from them? Why are we assaulted by Tavis Smiley, Kanye West and the rest who just frick’n hammer us with hate. It’s so so refreshing to hear a coherent, intellegent conversation about the issues with out all the crap. Of all Beck’s Friday audience round tables I think this one is the best so far. They “get” what’s happening. I can feel myself breath again … how weird is that?

Out of curiosity, do you believe that you would be eligible to be President under the requirements of Article II Section I, specifically the Natural Born Citizen requirement?

singer on November 14, 2009 at 9:14 AM

Yes. The United States Air Force believes it also since they granted me a certain level of security clearance back in the 80s. The level at which they cleared me is not granted to foreigners or even to naturalized citizens.

petunia on November 14, 2009 at 10:52 AM

Sorry, but the only reason a third party would be a disaster is because a lot of people just like you don’t have the balls to stand up for what’s right, preferring to let some low-life career politician steer this country into the ground.

We’re paying for that attitude right now, and for people to feel they shouldn’t change the status quo? Cowardly and shocking.

karenhasfreedom on November 14, 2009 at 12:16 PM

Here, here! If people don’t like Glenn Beck calling RINOs “progressives,” maybe the RINOs should stop being…progressive. Our party completely disregarded its limited government, pro-freedom philosophy during most of the Bush years. We spent tons of money on frivolous things, failed to contain the deficit, failed to contain Fannie & Freddie, and then topped it off by engineering an embarrassing government takeover of huge sectors of the economy with TARP and all the damn bailouts. Enough! Either the Republicans return to their roots or we find a new party.

Outlander on November 14, 2009 at 3:06 PM

To support the Republican Party – I’ve been a registered Republican since I was 18 – with the exception of Reagan it has been death by a thousand paper cuts. WTH do we have to lose by giving them an ultimatum? Our future is certain if we keep going down the “Compassionate Conservative” road. I listen to Levin and I “get” his message that we can’t win if we abandon the party for a third party. He’s right. But to aquiesce to this ideological rape is obscene. I won’t participate in this lie anymore. If the Republican party insists on their progressive BS then I’d rather see it destroyed even if that means we end up living under marxist rule. We are going there either way. Either f’ing way. I will not go that way one step further without a fight. I don’t think I am the only person who sees it this way. There’s no point in winning elections if we are just another pos political hack party with an R on our lapel. It’s disgusting. America deserves better than this.

If you think I exaggerate I have one response NY-23.

BrideOfRove on November 14, 2009 at 3:19 PM

Beck is gifted at explaining what’s going on in this country. Beck has become a national treasure.

I often think it’s no coincidence that he hails from a town called “Mount Vernon,” either.

sabu on November 14, 2009 at 3:33 PM

Here’s the problem with a 3rd party: you forget that most people don’t keep themselves informed, as you do.

Large numbers of people believe CNN. Many Americans are “too busy”, not interested, shallow thinkers, or have other reasons not to follow current events.

Lots of those people, if they vote at all, will vote R or D, not 3rd party. Pretending they don’t exist won’t win elections. Have to accept reality, I don’t much care for it either. The history of 3rd parties is clear, it’s too much of a gamble, considering the stakes, to believe it will be different now.

jodetoad on November 14, 2009 at 3:45 PM

Wow, that was a terrific show. The hunger of these people to speak up and be heard was plain. Their passion and conviction are just what the conservative movement needs.

inmypajamas on November 14, 2009 at 5:25 PM

For those who miss Beck episodes, you can always go to Glenn Beck clips and watch the entire show. They usually put them up about 5 hrs after the show initially runs. They have all the past episodes there, too.

I’m sorry, your definition of large is not the same as mine. To me large would mean significantly more than 3 people.

That was a great show. It was smart of him to have that whole crowd. If you have a couple of guests its so much easier to dismiss them as a couple of wackos.

Beck deserves an Emmy, but don’t hold your breath.

Quick short story courtesy of Brian Tracy: Customer sees biker with “Born to Lose” tattoo. Customer asks tattoo artist why would anybody have that stenciled on them. Tattoo artist replies “Tattoo on brain, long before tattoo on arm.”
disillusioned is a product of his own making.

Blacksmith8 on November 15, 2009 at 9:27 PM

Anybody notice the total absence of the word um, uh, ‘ya know’, or any other mental speech crutches?
I always enjoy getting to listen to people who I’m thinking are probably smarter than me. Then they start talking and before the first guy finishes speaking, I’m thinking WOW not a single um. This is going to be really good.
Then I watch the rest and sure enough, I’m very impressed.

Blacksmith8 on November 15, 2009 at 9:32 PM

Absolutely fantastic. Great idea. I hope to see a lot more of this in the media.

I refer to people of different skin colors as simply that. This is a brown skinned person, or a beige skinned person. Jesse Jackson is no more African than I am Dutch. We both were born in this country to several generations of Americans. I entirely reject the African American label.

The only way to end racism is to stop focusing on race. Take this manufactured bloc away from Democrats. Brown skinned people are not automatic victims and more that white skinned people are rich. We are all Americans.
