In response to Cindy's question "As crazy as this move makes me, I have to ask….why didn’t W dispatch these folks before he left office?"

Karl Rove gave a great explanation the other day as to why the detainees are still at Gitmo. To my understanding, the Bush Administration wanted to keep the detainess from a trial for awhile in order to obtain information about possible future attacks. Then when they tried to move the detainees to trial, they were consistently blocked by trial lawyers and special interest groups.

Also, Bill O'reilly gives a great talking point on this on his 11/13 show. http://video.foxnews.com/#/11588319/talking-points-1113/?category_id=9ccf127ad00c53ab8708e18e946bf50e83958340

Barrack Hussein Obama (Peace be unto Him. Praise His Holy ame. Prostrate before Him in surrender, adoration, worship, and suplication. Give Him your cares, your fears, your burdens, and He will give you Peace and Shelter from the travails of this world. Sever Him at all time with all your being and all your resources, and He will provide for you. Accept Him as your Lord, Savior, Messiah, and Refuge, and He will Save you. /sarcasm off),

Amateur pretending to be a President.

An example of the Peter Principle in which one rises to his or he level of incompetence.

Why does not Barrack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Joe Biden, Congress, Hollywood, the media, etc. just surrender to Islam, convert to Islam, confess their sin against Allah and the good people of the Islamic faith, perform penance, follow the relgion of Islam devoutly, covert the USA to an Islamic Calliphate, institute Sharia Law, set Kallhid Sheik Mohammad and his peers free with apologies and restitution, give them money, a home, and more, and end all this now?

Not to worry, folks. The Dems will redesignate terrorism a subcategory of Hate Crime and you know how they hate that!

Giving illegal combatants (NOT enemy combatants) the benefits of the exclusionary rule is just asinine. I guess the Constitution is a suicide pact after all.

I think we're developing "<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learned_helplessness" rel="nofollow">learned helplessness</a>."

<blockquote><blockquote>From top to bottom, the worst Administration ever.
One piss poor decision after another, after another, after another.
Will this learning curve never end?

Learning curve? what learning? I see no indication that Jughead has learned ANYTHING.

<blockquote>Sound crazy?
Revisit his upbringing, his associations, his espoused beliefs and all the other evidence. BTW, I have no doubt whatsoever that his academic record is sealed, not because of poor grades, but because it sheds light on his Marxism and anti-Americanism.

You may want to add ties to Saudi Arabia/Islam to your list, justltl.

<blockquote>President Obama's unwillingness to allow the American public to see his records at Harvard Law School prevents resolution of a continuing controversy over whether <a href="http://www.wnd.com/index.php?pageId=104684" rel="nofollow">radical Islamic influences promoted his admission and financed his legal education there.</a>

In an appearance on the New York-produced "Inside City Hall" television show, octogenarian Harlem lawyer Percy Sutton – whose clients included Malcolm X – explained that Islamic radical Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour, "one of the world's wealthiest men," asked him to write a letter of recommendation to Harvard Law School for then relatively unknown Barack Obama.

In the video, Sutton says he was introduced to Obama by al-Mansour, a Saudi citizen, who "was then raising money" for Obama. Sutton described al-Mansour as being from Texas, saying al-Mansour was the "principal adviser to one of the world's richest men," most likely Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal.

Krauthammer is correct.

<blockquote>This make NY a sitting duck for the next load of self annointed jihadist or mass shooters. The rag heads are planning as we write.

Col.John Wm. Reed on November 14, 2009 at 7:36 AM</blockquote>

I agree. They will slither into NYC in droves and neither the NYPD or the FBI is up to the task of stopping them.

In Bozo's moronic attempt to prove that he brought these muslim terrorists to justice, he makes the assumption that the situation should be contained by law enforcement.

He's put a huge bullseye on the people of NYC for his own personal aggrandizement.

Sorry if this is repetitive. But Charles K is the most articulate, consistent, widely viewed public daily opponent of Obama's policies on a wide range of topics. His recent works (after stumbling around concerning the 'anger' at the tea parties and town halls) have been spot on. His star is very bright right now, when we need it most.

Imagine the worst-case scenario: During trial in NYC, a suitcase nuke is detonated in lower Manhattan, rendering the city a radioactive ruin.

Results: KSM and the other defendants achieve their long-awaited martyrdom. World financial markets spasm/rebound out of control for months. The precarious, bankrupt US financial juggling act crashes to smithereens. Obama declares martial law. The 38 czars are revealed as his new shadow government, with a czar for every facet of his new statist utopia. The UN is suspended until it re-emerges in a new site a year (or more) later. Obama is overlord of the USSA, and he delivers this prize to the jurisdiction of the China-led New World Government.

I almost retched to see that photo. NO American president should ever bow to any foreign head of state.

Which further convinces me Obama is NO president of the United States.

<blockquote>As crazy as this move makes me, I have to ask….why didn’t W dispatch these folks before he left office?

Because the Dems would have skewered him worse than they would bin Laden. The Dems were itching for impeachment, even at expense of the country. Hell, the Dems would let bin Laden go before they would have President Bush.

<blockquote>Off Topic, but bound to be huge today. Check out this…

We have the answer as to whether he bowed,or tripped, or whatever to the Saudi King. He is a sycophantic twit.

Actually you couldn't be more on target.

The athleticism demonstrated by Hussein during the deep bow is the highlight of his presidency. As it unfolded I thought for sure that Obama’s head was going to end up in King Abdullah’s crotch but Obama maintained his equilibrium until he was able to resume the posture of homo erectus, which for him is quite unusual.

Unfortunately, this athleticism was balanced out by the 50 foot girlie pitch at the All Star game that was so pathetic the cameras had to pan away to save his presidency.

I think we were doing a pretty darn good job in 'extracting' information from these nutjobs that were saving millions of innocent lives.....

Now that that is behind us, we can now begin the show trial in which KSM can get up on the soapbox in the shadow of the twin towers and explain to the world how America is evil and how this was justified.

By the time they are found guilty, the damage will have been done, innocent lives will have been compromised (jurors, judge, security) and the enemy will have had 'their day in court', granted the same rights as you and I.

Disgusting.

I'm sick to death of the liberal crap I've here, defending KSM and America's enemies.

Fine for you, then. Bring KSM to your leader's trial. And when he walks, remember you libs own it.

Others like me, though, tend to think this way:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyUX6wV1lBQ

Which is also why you better be very afraid for your leader and your cronies in Congress. The political blowback, at the ballot box, is soon to smack you libs upside your empty heads. You libs think our tea parties are bad? Wait--just wait. Middle America hasn't started yet. We're only revving up, to come at you libs and smash you politically on every level.

Yes--mock me, libs. Mock the rest of us. You do so at your own political peril.

It's like every day or week, this President is making a decision that harms our Country.

Painful and sad to watch this happen.

<blockquote>Mr. Holder has honored mass murder by treating it like any other crime.”</blockquote>

At least they didn't commit a "hate crime". Then they would really be in trouble.

Some <strike>crimes</strike> victims are more equal than others.

This so called trial won't even start for 4 years. If Holder is such a great prosecutor, you'd think he'd be ready before then. Maybe NY won't be bankrupt after the Won bails it out and can afford all the extra security it's going to take to protect these evil doers. Right now NY can't protect squat.
