God willing, Obama will be a history lesson by 2012 and we will have moved these goons back to Gitmo, where we will be conducting their tribunals in the courthouse we only spent how many years and how many millions of tax dollars building.

Your talking about the 13 or so that were prosecuted for the 93 WTC bombing?

13 or so out of 174 indicted (including OBL and KSM) is successful?

From that trial we learned how we tracked em down, what are tactics were and were not.

Perhaps it escaped you, but that info helped AQ and all avoid capture, meaning all those thousands of deaths as a result of AQ and all, are a direct casualty of those “successful trials”.

What if 2 or 3 Beslan’s happened and a flight was arranged for these terrorists to return to their homelands?

Sure, has foreign governments, India, have arranged for planes and vehicles for captured terrorists to flee.

We have judges on record that have said they should be released. Hopefully next Prez will by executive order move them back to the Military Tribunals.

NY has not had a trial of this magnitude. Same type, yes. Same scale no. KSM will draw crazies from everywhere and the defense team will put Bush on trial.

Yeah that makes Bozo happy, but he is stupid and doesn’t see the consequences of his actions, much in the same manner as a spoiled five year old.

How-else can one explain the whim to treat a professed terrorist who has admitted their gilt to the same rights as a U.S. citizen.

Those held at Gitmo are enemy combatants and any lib that thinks otherwise has not done time (in the military or group that demands a high degree of discipline).

You all know the injustice of this decision hurts the American people the most.

These people are criminals. They deserve to be treated and processed as criminals. If you treat them like an army you are giving them too much respect.
