He didn’t mean a lick of what he read.

Credit where it’s due: This was a very good speech. He appropriately recognized and rememebred the brave folks who just gave their lives in service to our nation.

Please! Most of us know he had nothing to do with the speech composition; Only the delivery. And with his emotional impairment, he couldn’t get the emotion right without coaching: He probably had an ear bud microphone for that.

Yup, and the only mistake he made in his life was making Obama an honorary Crow during the election season last year.

OK to diss Obama, but please stop short of dissing a Bronze Star winner who really did (if you read what he’s done with his life) deserve the Medal of Freedom.

Seems everyone expected this kind of mindset from him, and he met expectations. It doesn’t matter what he said in his speech, because his character shines through somewhere in every event.

Seems this is the only possible path for Obama to take. If he says Hasan is a dirtbag and ought to be shot, Hasan can take that statement and probably win dismissal of charges in his court-martial by claiming that the CINC has prejudiced the jurors.

I’m glad he’s taken this path — it gives Hasan no out in the military justice system.

I do not care for one word he spoke. His words mean nothing.

This ghoul hung around Dover AFB last week waiting for a photo op with a casket. Not there to pay respects to the families or honor the fallen…. THERE FOR A PHOTO OP.

When one of your family is in uniform and in harm’s way and the POS CINC is dithering and playing politics with ROE, you then, sir, have the right to tell me I have an imbalance in my life.

When you pray hard each night for your son’s safe return you then can lecture me, or any other military family on our imbalanced lives.

Until then YOU sir can STFU.

We are going to complete this investigation and we are going to take whatever steps are necessary to make sure that something like this doesn’t happen again. Beyond that, I think it’s important for me to let the investigation play itself out so that we know exactly what happened, when it happened, how it happened, before — before I as president of the United States comment on it.

With an all-volunteer military, I can’t see any possible reason for the ‘conscientious objector’ label or excuse. Hasan knew what he was getting into from the start.

Somebody dropped the ball big time when it comes to Hasan, for years.

If you are an American of any other faith, how do you state I will participate if we are fighting Jewish, Christian or any other faith but not anyone who shares my faith. How is that fair to everyone else who raised their hand, and took the oath to serve and protect his country? Answer: You don’t get to pick and choose, who you will protect our country from, and who you won’t.

I had this discussion in an email with my husband. What made Hasan any better than any other American serving in the United States Military, that he should get out of serving overseas because the conflict involved other Muslims.

This Guy Hasan reeked on so many levels. People in the Military know it, and so does the high ranking Military Brass.

How does Casey put American Military Lives “human beings” after his concern for diversity in the Army? Someone has their priorities skrewed up much? We are fighting in two theaters at present, we aren’t fighting the Amish, it isn’t like this is a News Bulletin. They tell us (The American People) not to fall back into the old trusting routine prior to 9/11. What about them the Military Brass?
