BHO dosen’t get to tell people to not jump to conclusions. He’s already demonstrated he can’t do it himself so he should keep his trap shut. Apparently he has not learned from his own mistakes and seems to think people have forgotten the fact he can’t follow his own advice. IF he had not accused the other Officer of being stupid, his statement would fit however he has already lost any credibility on ” not jumping to conclusions “.

As far as CONCLUSIONS go in this case, the facts we know already lead to very obvious conclusions already and we don’t need much more evidence of what this lunatic was planning, had planned, and executed on this day. As another commentator said, this is the latest TERRORIST ATTACK on American Soil since 9/11/2001.

Hopefully this wont overlap a previous post, but if for instance;
I was a member of the Aryan brotherhood.
I was reprimanded for proselytizing to fellow military personnel and persons in my care.
I had a blog entry commending as hero people who killed blacks.
I had a known statement I made after my time as a Kleagle like “rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds”
And then if I were to enter a nightclub patronized mostly by blacks, and start shooting people randomly while yelling the “N” word. I am sure the FBI would come right out and say there is no hate cime here and the media and Obama would want to wait ’till all the facts are in before jumping to the conclusion that it was a hate crime. After all it may have just been a bad day when flashplayer locked up my computer while I was harvesting in farmville and I just hit the wall. Right??

This crime will be tried in a military Courts Martial. This was crime committed on a military installation against military victims by a military perpetrator.

There is no justification that this should be treated any differently.

The death sentence is still permitted in the military although no one has been executed since the 60′s. The last time I checked there are 8 people on Leavenworth’s death row.

I presume this “officer and gentleman” will soon be numbered the ninth.
