We are going to have to work hard to remove the Democrats from the majority of both houses, elect as many real Conservatives we can possible, and reverse the damage already inflicted by the Liberals.

The constitutionality of the bill, the mandates contained within, etc. need to be challenged in federal court. If nothing else, Term limits needs to be added to the Constitution to keep boneheads from serving so long that they think they can rule like tyrants instead of governing like servants.

This bill is reckless, bloated and loaded with 111 new bureaucracies, commissions and programs. And how many government employees will we need to fill all these federal agencies? Remember, all the GDP growth that recently occurred was ONLY in the public sector? Looks like this administration wants to use this plan as a vehicle to just grow this government even more.

I’ve been listening to this broadcast, and its pretty interesting. Not “exciting”, but I like how they are taking questions from all over, and have leaders in the House/Senate showing up to offer their take on things, etc. All lead by Pence, who I am becoming more interested in every time I hear him speak. :)

Anyone think about what might happen if they put this up for a vote and it FAILS? Either they have this in the bag and it could 10k pages and still pass or they don’t know whether they have the votes are simply going all in and throw caution to the wind. Some have suggested that when things got tough that Obama would throw a fit; I think what we’re seeing now (forcing passage of Pelosicare) are the first signs of his tantrum and that’s he seems to be coming unglued.

I agree – this beast isn’t law yet. And even if it passes the House, then it’s a looooong way from Obama’s desk. This really is a lose/lose for the Dems; a House vote gets them on record voting for many items that will come back to bite them, yet they “have” to in order to prop O and Co. How Pelosi has the votes from fellow Dems when a “yes” will sign their political death warrant is beyond me. Must be some serious horse trading going on behind closed doors.
