Neat trick, given the fact that the Democrats have been completely in charge in New Jersey for the past 8 years! Corzine for the past four, McGreevey (and Codey) for the four years before that.

Not to be out-shown on the stupid meter, then another dim-bulb extraordinaire state Democrat Party Chair, Joe Cryan, declared Corzine:

“the greatest governor in the history of the State of New Jersey.”

Uh huh! The only thing that kept Corzine in the race was an independent candidate the press decided to promote, and Corzine freely spending another huge chunk of his fortune to personally attack Christie. Corzine has nearly 60% negatives.

Hey, you get no argument with me. But there are some out there who will indeed pull their vote on some single issue or other.

I was simply making the point that someone is going to be elected. Anyone who starts from the premise that the reelection of Jon Corzine would be a disaster, should give serious reconsideration to any thought of voting for Independent Chris Daggett.

Any single issue voter in New Jersey this year who will not as a result vote for Chris Christie, or any voter throwing their ballot away on Chris Daggett, will simply be helping Jon Corzine get re-elected.

That’s the truth.
My husband is only 2 inches taller than me-I’m 5 ft. 2-but he out weighs me by 110-115 LBS or so.
He’s a regular laugh riot-which is one of the things I love about him.

Christie is not that liberal! Come the freak on. He’s pro-life (albeit weakly so), anti-environmentalist whacko, pro-low taxes, and anti-gay marriage. That’s about as good as you’re going to get in a True Blue state like New Jersey.

It’s going to come down to whether conservatives are motivated to get the polls and get other conservatives there in NY 23 and NJ.

I think that is correct. The candidacy of Daggett is shrinking too, which is also contributing to the increased liklihood of a Christie win.

The reality is setting in that a vote for Daggett is really a vote for Jon Corzine. Someone is going to win, and it is NOT going to be Chris Daggett.

Failing to vote on the part of a few conservatives also amounts to a vote advantage for Jon Corzine as well.

So, Daggett votes and not voting are exactly the same in the sense that they both amount to leaving it up to someone else to decide who will be the Governor of New Jersey for the next four years.

Corzine is a complete disaster.

No one can keep a straight face and make the argument that there is no difference between Corzine and Christie.

There is a world of difference.

You are either not from New Jersey, or have been paying no attention to the race. There have been numerous fat references hurled around by Corzine’s campaign, and by many of his close supporters throughout the fall. It has been pretty obvious that it is a well-coordinated effort.

They took a significant risk that they would be called on it at some point, and now they have been. His is the same PC crowd that invented code word indignation, and the hypocricy of setting it aside whenever they feel the need to take a cheap shot.

For example, even his former girl friend, Carla Katz, the labor union head who was negotiating favorable state worker union contracts over uber-generous “break-up gifts” from Corzine, published her recent column with the title,

There is no pretense involved. They are openly attacking Christie with personal insults.

Jon Corzine has to do it in order to survive. He still has close to 60% negatives in this state.

The only times recently in which he has shown a mini-bump in the polls, is when the surveys are taken during Obama or Biden visits (e.g., the latest Quinnpiac), and the bump then disappears almost immediately.

Allah, the Eeyore of the Conservative Movement, says he agrees with with Cavuto, but Cavuto actually thinks this one funny, charming appearance on Imus is enough to turn the election around. Does the pessimistic Allah agree with that? There is……

Maybe,he needs a gizmo interfaced with his brain,that has a delay system,that after he grasps the thought,and before it

Which means he’s really leading by six or seven. I will keep saying this till it sinks in. Pollsters are paid. They get paid for delivering results that please their clients.

Don’t take my work for it, go ask them. They can get you any result you want. Is there anyone so naive they don’t already know that?

He probably will, then the Democrat recount machine will go into gear and steal the election with votes found in the trunk of cars and “miscounted votes” that were already counted. I see the 2008 Minnesota senate and 2006 Washington governor results all over again.

Not so fast. A close race means a recount and we all know that recounts always go in favor of the dems. They seem to have a knack at finding uncounted ballots in the trunks of cars and bathroom stalls. A close race means he loses by a ton.
